Its Subway! Enjoyable staff prepare what you order in front of you. Unfortunately, you don't know how long items have sat out. But, 90% of the time great subs for the money.
Sub was made perfectly! The workers really care and very pleasant
Ordered on the app came to pick up order and was made the wrong sandwich. Also the first time I came her in the past the lady said they got a lot of stolen orders on here and need photo Id and the card it was charged to defeating the purpose of a speedy pick up from the app they should just turn off their app orders and only accept orders in person. The guy who helped me return the wrong sub was nice though with glasses and a red beard.
It's sad that ( Lisa )manger can't read I ordered a sub on the Subway app she told me I need to show ID and last 4 numbers I paid withOn the receipt it says account number NOT the last 4 numbers of my cardShe gave me a hard time picking up my sub even showing IDDefinitely contacting corporate
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My Girlfriend and I got 2 foot longs Hers with extra cheese and provolone but besides that the same thing my girlfriend asked which one was which and he said it must be one of them and laughed the 2 workers who were on the line acted immaturely and playfully im not saying have no energy and that you can’t have fun at work but when your dealing with guests you act accordingly.
The worst experience for me personally , I guess somebody or people been doing fraud at this subway for weeks . And now people with the subway app and paid money with app pay have to suffer . When you have to show ID for getting food and the card you use to pay for it smdh . Subway needs to hire better people or a better policy
Both employees that were working at the time were very busy with call ahead orders and a few walk-ins. They helped each other and had good attitudes. Everything was clean. They had their masks on the whole time!??
Why is this place even open? They never have anything. Ordered a meatball sub for dinner and they said they were out of meatballs. At 430 in the afternoon. Why are you not prepared for your dinner rush? This place is horrible.
10/07/2021More bad reviews - if you actually like Subway, do not step foot in this location.Like an idiot, because my family likes subs, I made the mistake, again, of ordering from here. They are consistent. Got my order wrong. Then had the nerve to tell me they watched the video and order was correct.Consistently Terrible service. They offer online ordering but are unable to efficiently complete the order. Don't order online and dont go here during busy times like lunch or dinner time.
I’m very disappointed in the service I received today yet again I ordered a Italian bmt and the female understood blt and when I asked her to exchange it she told me that she was going to charge me all over again she didn’t even care that she misunderstood the order this is not the first time I have been given the wrong order but I will no longer attend this store and if subways continue to hire people like that then they should lower the price to match their employees never going back here againNot to mention that the store is poorly stocked they are almost always out of something
