Horrible management! Is surprising how they handle customers and food took over 35min and it was cold had to tell manager to please make my food fresh! There is a mess in the kitchen! I traveled from houston and chose to come here due to we don't have it anymore! But wow this is embarrassing for such a great burger place!
There was only one vehicle in front of us at the drive thru and the parking lot was almost half empty so we figured it couldn’t take that long to get our food….WRONG!!!!It took about ten minutes after we ordered to move up to the window just to pay. We had 2 drinks, one Coke Zero and the other was root beer so when we were handed 2 cups without either of the tabs pushed in to indicate which drink was which, we asked the person at the window who gave us the drinks and he said he didn’t know. It didn’t help that both drinks were basically the same color so we had to take the lids off and smell them to figure out the drinks ourselves.We checked our receipt and we paid at 6:45 pm. It’s 7:10 pm as I’m writing this review and we’re still waiting for our food! It’s raining and very humid outside so it’s really not an option to turn off the engine because we need the A/C but with gas at $4.65/gallon, we’ve probably wasted enough gas to buy one of their $4 meals.Our food was finally delivered to the car at 7:15. The fries and onion rings seem fresh because they are hot but we won’t try the burgers until we get home. We just got home and checked the 3 burgers…none of them were labeled so we couldn’t figure out who’s was who’s since we ordered almost the same thing. We ordered 2 burgers with “garlic sauce” but only one burger had the garlic sauce. One was supposed to be a double burger but all 3 are singles. I understand that they make the food as ordered but this wait is excessive for a drive thru.
I have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for my drink and no one will help me. This chick went to get themgwogines and never came back. Food was done at 10:24 it is now 10:50 and I'm finally walking out with cold food and my drinks. Awesome. Never coming here again. So tried this place again and not only did they not give me my online order wouldn't talk to m husband on the phone who order it they gave me a cold burger and half filled fire. When I started telling them to talk to my husband they kept talking to me saying the wanted him there with his phone cause the order number wouldn't work or that it was set for pick up for 1am the next day them completely refused to help. This place is deity they act like hey don't understand what's going on and refuse to help anyone on. I hate going here. I avoid this place even for door dash orders.
How is I had more costumer service towards them then they did towards the costumers. The only nice one was the manager the woman not the guy. This employee over here laughing because they messed up my order. Then I wait 40 minutes for my order. On top of the 15 minutes for the initial Order. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE
We stopped by on a late Saturday night and we couldn’t believe our ears. The gentleman taking our order was so polite and professional all the way to the gentleman that brought our food to the car. So uncommon in the fast food industry. Big props to that night crew.

Very good milkshakes. We went back for a burger and fries on another time. Very good and reasonably priced for a fast food joint. However I would have liked to see their white suits they advertise in the pictures. Good burger spot. Will visit again.
I eat here everytime I visit Florida. The place has changed its menu format to digital screen. This can be challenging at first and more so for the elderly which may need some assistance. My only 2 complaints were was the poor attitude of one of the servers when asked to clarify a menu option. As if I should have known. I noticed that the mens bathroom was clean which was progress from my last several visits before the pandemic. Still the shakes, burgers and sides are still great, Simple American comfort food.

Only 2 tables where being used. Every table that wasn't used was dirty. I went to ask for paper towels and bleach and the 2 employees who where talking to themselves completely ignored that I was there, they finished speaking with each other and both left to the back. Mind you, no one else was up at the counter, but me. Plus, the place wasn't busy at that moment. Finally the gentleman comes up, puts more food to cook and comes to me and asks me what I need, so I tell him, but he says he'll have someone clean them. Alright, I wait. The lady comes to clean the table with a wash cloth and I could tell the wash cloth wasn't clean because as she wipes the table there was a long piece of black hair on the cloth that was left on the table. She noticed and twisted the rag to pick it up. It took her a few tries and she did. Then she wiped the seats down and left. My daughter-in-law and I had the Frisco Melt, which they used so much butter on the bread that we just ate around it. Like always, the fries where perfect. My daughter had the Garlic Spread Double Steak Burger with no spread and she said it was 'alright'. However, she did eat everything from her plate. Plus her wife's and her had cheese fries with their meal and they enjoyed it very much.
