I don't go here usually. Had some gift cards for like 3 or 4 years and decided to use them. Food was small portion and drink was great. The place was nice and clean. Well kept.

Been here a few times, so far, I usually drive past it and go to the next Starbucks. Usually my drink, I state clearly, no whip, even on slow day, there's whip. But that wasn't all. How do you hand a customer a cup with the sides being wet from removing the whip from it. I've been in this industry. That was a first. There's been other scenarios. But I don't have the time to type them out. Overall, they are not bad, but not my choice to stop for a drink based off of too many faulty experiences/service.
I have never had a bad experience here. They are extremely friendly and have excellent customer service. Not to mention the updated and modern atmosphere for studying. The windows everywhere give it a calming environment great for meetings and studying. And a tip, if you stay, you can get free refills limited to certain drinks so ask when ordering.
I’m beyond grateful to the staff at this location. I’m out of town on my way to a cheer competition. Momma just needed a good coffee. After ordering I realized I couldn’t done my wallet. Sick feeling we all know. I asked to pull around park to look for it. Told them I would come in and pay. I was looking through luggage and praying when they came out and gave me my coffee.??? I found the wallet tried to pay and they said they got it. Thank you so much! There are still good humans out there.
LOVE THIS LOCATION SINCE ITS DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE…LOL COME HERE EVERY MORNING BEFORE 7AM TO GET MY COFFEE OR GREEN MATCHA. GREAT BARISTA, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MORNING CREW IS AWESOME AND LOVE THEIR ENERGY .

They’re supposed to be open, at 6am, and it is 5 minutes before 7:30 and they claim they will not open until 7:30. Change your hours if you refuse to follow Google. Was asked to go around and wait because ‘it keeps dinging their system’ but then the cars behind me were able to sit there until then, so I had to rejoin the line and sit at the back, being the 7th car in the line. Consider a different location.
