I love this location! First..they get GREAT merchandise!Second..my chai is ALWAYS perfectThird O.M.G. WES!! He is such a bright EXYRA shiny ray of rainbow colored sunshine!Everyone has always been happy, outgoing and welcoming at this location which is appreciated since I spend a small fortune on Starbucks:)
Love this location! Fast and friendly service. Rachel is a model employee working the drive thru window. Very friendly and personable and quickly remedied an error in my order. Will definitely visit again!
Stop! Don’t go here!I have been trying to give this location a try. Often, several dozens of days and weeks later, still not only the service is terrible, but everything is always “out”. Be it pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches even something as simple as 2% milk.The time spent waiting is outrageous, the service is lousy, the quality of drinks is dismal at best often not even filled up.What makes it more frustrating is often the inside is completely closed and the drive thru is inefficient.Today I was compelled to write this review. I called roughly 90 mins before closing to order 4 boxes of Joe. We were refused service for an unknown reason.Save your money and go to another location!Maybe one day this will change but it seems the employees don’t care enough to make that soon enough.
Dont go here I bout a medium cappuccino and literally only got a small amount of coffee the rest was foam and when i called they were acting like they didn't hear me
Got hot food quickly and then waited long time for my drink. Finally asked barista if it was close to being ready, only to realize they don’t have my ticket/lost my order/ hadn’t even thought about making my drink even though they were serving people who came in behind me. I ended up with a 21 minute wait for a cappuccino and a cold breakfast sandwich since I had to wait so long for my drink. Avoid when they are busy bc it’s just mistake after mistake.
Have been in line (drive through) for 20 min. There were only four cars infront of me. Staff is very slow and they are constantly out of something. No oat milk, no cheese danish, no coffee. Very disgusting. The worst thing is that you can't leave once you enter drive through. Management, please add extra line for people who would like to leave without waiting your slowest staff.
By far my favourite Starbucks in Florida. Excellent customer service, drinks are always hot and made to perfection. Savannah is the sweetest, kindest, most courteous barista ever! Great atmosphere inside this Starbucks, good amount of seating both inside and outside! Overall an excellent experience! I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location!
Let me start by saying that I rarely leave a review unless I am highly upset and had a horrible experience at the location. However, every time I’ve came to the Starbucks everyone has been extremely pleasant, they are quick and I have to say that the customer service is great. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years! Over 10 years, and I have to say that the people that work at this location are very well mannered and the coffee is exactly made how I like it.
This Starbucks has amazing customer service! I hung out in the lobby for 2 days to get some work done while I didn’t have WiFi at our hotel. The team was genuine, engaging and seemed happy to be there. The lobby was clean and spacious and the music wasn’t too loud which made working for a couple hours and attending a video meeting comfortable. The coffee was good too! Thanks y’all!
25 minute wait for a standard coffee !!!And then they freakin get it wrong.Not apologetic for the wait or the mistake…. Simple excuse, we got behind…Why wouldn’t you let the customer know at the time of order that it is going to be a 25 minute wait…..I am not going on to Starbucks for a 7 course meal that need to be made fresh !!Horrible
