Been going to this Starbucks when I feel like drinking coffee and reading a book. It's a very nice atmosphere. They have an outdoor section too if you would like to sit outside, and a drive through/mobile order if you're wanting to take your order to go. I love the welcome I get when I come in, and I love that my coffee and pastry is always fresh when I order it. Highly recommend this Starbucks if you're looking for a friendly place to get coffee and maybe get some light work done on your laptop!
TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Tied for first with the worst Starbucks ever across from SeaWorld. The employees here throw an attitude constantly. They are always on break. Caught them all one time just sitting at a table outside eating and sipping drinks. Meanwhile theres a 20 min line in the drive-tru. Corporate doesnt take ownership for the poor managment here. They need to clean house.
By far the worst experience at Starbucks I’ve had. I don’t like to publicly complain so here’s a review. I understand it’s busy but the quality of all products were seriously lacking compared to other visits. I received a broken lid on my grande drink. My impossible sandwich has an old egg, the texture was rubbery. The muffin was literally still cold once I bit into my first bite. I didn’t even wait more than 5 minutes to eat it. Last but not least I asked for a warm cookie, I received it not warm which was fine because I waited too long to have to wait for another one.I understand it’s high paced but this location needs to do a better job at accuracy and quality control. I will never return here again.
Stopped by this morning while traveling and the partners were beyond excellent. It was incredibly busy, the register barista letting everyone know the wait would be long but the service received despite all the hectic business was great. The team worked like a well oiled machine to get drinks and food out, all while handling irate customers with grace and ease. From a fellow partners perspective, the store couldn't have run smoother from a customer position.
Super friendly and helpful baristas. Made sure we got exactly what we ordered. Wish we could have visited 1 more time before going out of town just because they were so nice!!
About 12 people working and still super slow. I ordered a sandwich mobile and I watched them keep pushing my sticker back because I guess they prioritize based on orders she can handle. If I’m in a hurry I wouldn’t bother with this location. Next time just keep driving to a better faster location.
The drive through staff is very friendly, the coffee is great. Was staying at the Ramada across the street got coffee here every morning. The best service I’ve come across in a long time.
I want to shout out Sherry the barista! She was so sweet and has amazing customer service! She noticed I came in with a drink that was missing cold foam on it and immediately addressed me! I was just going to ask them to pour some on top, but she made me a whole new drink as a re-make! Thank you sherry for making my day extra magical! You’re amazing!
Called to order 2 coffee traveler containers as I needed to deliver to a client in the AM. I called ahead as traveler containers to 30 minutes to brew/fill etc. I spoke with a Natalia who told me she would make sure she started my order. I called back when I was close to the facility to add to the order and was told my order was never started and I would have to come in or order on the app. The lady who took my call was very rude and would not let me inquire as to why they would tell me that they started my order when they hadn't. Very unprofessional
Busy as always but great cuppa coffee n loving the seasonal cranberry bliss bars that are back!!
