Alyssa at the drive thru this morning made my mobile order drink even though i ordered it to the wrong one. AND didn’t make me feel bad about it. Rare these days. Seamless recovery and speedy fix. Thanks Alyssa!
A pretty chill place to be at. Staff’s nice and polite, made my drink quick, no complaints at all.A small nit pick, I am a go to Caramel Macchiato person and this drink that they made felt a little different and thick to my taste. Not to drastic though but I’ve read a lot of reviews about this place not being able to deliver on the drinks ordered so thought of just putting my review out there.But overall a great experience, would definitely come back here.
We really enjoyed this place. The drive thru was fast. Drinks were good. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
Was here today May 23, 2022 @ 1910pm. Staff here are very helpful and very nice. Ordered some bread and heated. Was given to us. Unfortunately, one of the food came off from the bottom of the bag. It was nobodys fault. I went back to the front desk and ordered a new one. I insisted to pay but the lady staff said its ok and they gave us a new one. I love Starbucks and enjoy having coffee every now and again. To the staff's Thank you very much.
Terrible experience!My regular order was badly made, but the worse part was NOT receiving a vanilla bean Frappuccino. I bought a drink and received another completely different, both in content, presentation and size. This is absurd, because the description of the order is correct, which shows a total lack of attention in the preparation of the order.
I would choose this Starbucks out of a 1000!! Very best customer service. I was in Florida for 4 days and they made my going away day just fabulous! Thanks Jennifer and jay!!
Tourist location. Has their mobile ordering turned off most of the time because they can't handle the tourist that come to the store. If you have the option to go to a different Starbucks, I would.
If I could give no stars I would. Over 20 minutes for a frap and a pumpkin loaf. Order said it would be ready at 10:39.... 10:56 my loaf comes out and my drink was hiding behind someone else's....
Missing ingredient "cinnamon", the impossible sandwich had soggy bread, They were out of all other sandwiches. I gave 4 stars because the service was great and they were busy.
They told me if I wanted my “order” all at once - (coffee and a bakery item) that I should go to a convenience store. Telling loyal Starbucks customers to go elsewhere is rude and bad business.
