Excellent customer service! I had the friendliest employee named Jay take my order via drive thru and he even made me laugh and asked how my day was. When employees are happy, customers are happy! Plus, my drink tasted amazing and NO espresso beans grinded residue which makes coffee bitter!
Staff is always pleasant and my drink is normally made correct. Lines can be pretty long during the weekends.
This location, out of all the Starbuck’s location i’ve been to, this one is just top tier. Rarely feel the need to write reviews but I was so moved by the welcoming and friendly atmosphere I had to write a little something. Not to mention, Gigi was so awfully marvelous and kind! Wanted to keep ordering just to stay in her presence a bit longer (i’m being dramatic, I know). Service was unbelievably fast, I barely finished ordering and they already had my drink out hahahaha. Thank you.
