The staff is great! They're friendly courteous, and get things done fast. Kudos to managers & staff. I had a few issues w food but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they corrected it, made it perfectly. If not for those few issues, I would give them 5 stars.
Customer service was not good at all last week. Waited almost thirty minutes to place an order. Unacceptable. Wasn't even crowded either. The manager called me and said there would be a complimentary meal on my next visit. Hopefully the experience will be better. We'll see.
I'm not really big on sonic but I tired there chicken wrap combo. It was really good. My daughter had the same with no sauce. My girlfriend had popcorn chicken honey barbecue. We all was satisfied.
Worse sonic ever... they are so smart that divided an order in two.. charge me a portion and them couldn't process the rest .. only 1 person got food...Safe the energy chose another location they are special, special here.. smh
Milkshakes and French fries are really good. The service is as expected.
Need to have some breakfast sandwich specials to compete with Wendy's. And McDonald's ie.bicuit with sausage or bacon 1.59 and senior coffee 1 dollar
Management is super chill which is very rare lol. Bring back the outside drive ins and of an employee wants to state let them, but if not they shouldn't be required to.
Can remember the last time I eat at Sonic but, the burgers are delicious, the staff was very friendly and professional. I got there around 7ish on my motorcycle, a storm came thru the area, the staff was very helpful in making us welcome and accommodating with our request to stay out off the storm. Thank you so much.
If i could give zero stars i would. This particular establishment location does NOT deserve to be in business. 1 hour wait in the drivethrough literally 1 hour. Food was cold and the management on duty did not seem to care as she stood with a nasty look on her face.
Sonics suck.... I was charged for food I didn't get. Do not Doordash from them after 10pm, not unless you are drunk. They owe me food and told me to come pick it up. If I had a car, I would have never Doordash ??♀️??♀️?
