I had a late dinner yesterday as I stopped in Kissimmee before heading back to GA. Although I was seated quickly, when I arrived, I sat for about 10 to 15 minutes without a server greeting me or anyone coming to see if I had been served, so I called while sitting in the restaurant. I expressed my concerns to the manager. Amber quickly came out to greet me and apologized. She assigned Samantha to be my server who quickly provided great service coupled with recommendations about food and drinks. I love to stay in Kissimmee when visiting Central Florida. I was will surely make this restaurant my go-to and recommend this place for great service, food, and drinks. Kudos!!!
1st time visiting. Could have received a 5⭐️. Once we were seated, no one came to our table for like 10 minutes, sat another family next to us, takes their order before ours, tell us one one second while getting their drinks and food order to return and say sorry for the delay...who does that. We order 3 kid meals, three adult dinners. My husband asked for a double CHEESE burger, which they did not add. The waiter sarcasticly says, I'll get you your cheese man. Very poor waiter manners. Besides that the food was pretty tasty and everyone enjoyed.
Came here like a starving child. The food did not disappoint. Though we waited almost an hour for our food but it was worth it. The wait to get our table was about 25 minutes. We ordered the Bone Fire for 4 and it was BOMB. It has pretty much everything on the plate and everything was good. Love the potato wedges that came with it .Very flavorful and the seasoning for every dish was just enough. Definitely coming back the next time Im in town. And the baby back ribs are a Must Try. Meat was very tender
We absolutely love the food here! The service is great and you get enough portion for the money. We’ve gotten ribs in the past as well as pulled pork, all delicious
After reading some of the recent reviews I was a little skeptical but after just visiting I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service too. There were a few birthdays whilst we were there and the atmosphere was great as the staff rallied round to sing happy birthday! I had mac n cheese and my partner built their own burger. We both really enjoyed our food and our server Samantha was attentive and made us both welcome!
Oh my goodness … what a bad experience . Have not visited here for couple of years and what a change Brought a friend as my guest and was embarrassed by the experience . Firstly after 15 minutes seated , I had to get up and enquire as to who was serving our table . When that was established a waitress appeared who apologised because she was also serving inside the bar .. we got drinks , the waitress went back behind the bar … we had finished our drinks but still no sign of anyone taking our order … we had now been seated for nearly 40 minutes … went and sought assistance again gave order and it arrived 25 minutes later Food was poor and we felt expensive … worst of all when the food arrived we realised we had no cutlery .. up again to ask for knives and forks .. they were plonked on our table and ….they were plastic !!! Heaven help us if we had ordered steak ?? Just poor .., start to finish
Visited today while here on holiday from the uk Very mediocre food .. partner ordered the Mac and cheese along with pulled pork and I ordered half bbq chicken both not good at all .. very dry Good customer service but expensive for what we had .. wouldn’t return
I liked it. Food was tasty, with decent portion. Didn't know that game console cost something, which was annoying. But we enjoyed and would go back.
Table game for kids, food good. Nice staff. Bathrooms not so nice. Good menu options. Food didn’t take too long which was good.
