Have eaten restraunt several times...never had a bad meal whether Latin or Italian & pizza is amazing. Have not had delivery, but have picked up consistently wonderful food, done t o perfection
Horrible service! , I had to be on the phone for 15 minutes for them to tell me they will give me a credit for toppings I paid for and a soda ,after telling them I will dispute the charge then they said OK we will pick up the pizza we delivered and send you the correct order BUT you have to wait an hour , this is not the correct way for customer service especially since you made the mistake on my order ! Flor is the current manager on duty didn’t even come to the phone to apologize and didn’t even want to do the right thing, I will not be ordering from this place anymore and I have been ordering for 2 years from you guys but I don’t play with my money and especially not horrible customer service.
I call at 4:45pm to order 2 large pizzas they tell me in one hour will be there, Delivery guy shows up at 7:33 PM I request that he call to they give a discount or something because the pizza was cool and they prefer said NO discount or free because that is an offensive to there business they are not good at all.
The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because their beef stew and their thin cheese pizza. I ordered twice through UberEats and their food it’s horrible. I ordered a churrasco which it always come with rice..there was no specification as to which sides will be coming with. It came with mofongo. The churrasco was tasteless and disgusting nonetheless. It tasted like they boiled it and didn’t even cooked it on the grill. The fried calamari was terrible as well. The second time I ordered through UberEats I ordered a sandwich (bisték encebollado) I asked for no onions and guess what? There were like a million onions in my sandwich. Again the meat tasted like it had been boiled and not cooked on the grill. On their menu they sale “Jumbo Wings.” The wings were tiny and fried hard (over cooked). The mild sauce I ordered on the side was watered down and not really spicy at all. Just a terrible experience, but shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Won’t be happening again !!

Pizza is excellent, but staff, cashier is not friendly. Does not make you feel welcome. Also, pizzas should be show cased not thrown in a shelf so we can see which slice a one can purchase. The dept. Of health should visit this place.
FIRST AND LAST! . . . I arrived at 9:10 pm hungry! I’m fairly new to the area and was looking for some freshly cooked food, you know something new, something not fast food so I decided to give ‘em a try. When I entered, I was greeted fairly quickly by a nice young lady behind the counter with a “hello, may I take your order?” I responded with a “do you have a menu?” She responded and said “no” I said, “so you don’t have a food menu so I can order?” Then she said “oh oh oh yes a menu” . . . ( I could tell immediately that there was a language barrier there, but no problem to me because I’ve experienced MUCH worse in other restaurants.) At that time, I took the menu and said “thank you” and had a seat at the nearest table and proceeded to see what food they offered. After 5 minutes of searching, I decided to order a Philly cheese sandwich, breaded shrimp with fries and a 10 piece hot wings. After placing my order and paying, I tipped the jar a few dollars, bought a beer and asked the lady behind the counter, “how long would my order take?” Because I was really hungry! After looking at my receipt, she looked up and said that “it will be 25 minutes.” The In my head I was like, that’s fair enough for what I ordered and I proceeded to have a seat at the table. After 35 minutes of waiting, The young lady called me up to the counter, looked into my bag where I thought my food was finished and ready to go. She consulted with another lady behind the counter for a minute. Then after 5 minutes of waiting, she said “I’m sorry, the problem is that we accidentally gave your food to another customer, but your food will be finished soon.” ?. After 20 more minutes of waiting, she finally called me back to the counter, repeated my order back to me, handed me my bag and apologized once more as I left the restaurant. On the ride home, I decided to sample the food that they prepared for me. First was the breaded shrimp. In my honest opinion, the shrimp were not seasoned and tasted bland. I also experienced the same as I tasted the Philly cheesesteaks sandwich that was prepared for me and the french fries had no salt or pepper. Overall, I give this restaurant a 2 stars because even though this restaurant had a friendly environment and was clean, I was highly upset with the service that I experienced on last night as far as timing and making sure that I received the food that I ordered, when I was quoted a specific time but also the overall taste of all the food was not good and for the $40 that I spent, I feel like I wasted money and not to mention time. Every customer should expect at least delicious food and honesty from any restaurant that they decide to visit. Since this was my first encounter with this particular restaurant, I think I’ve had enough and I will not return to this restaurant again.
The worse place to order food from no professional work ethic with a plate of lasagna its suppose to come with garlic knots and side garden salad!! I got a lasagna made with yellow cheese and no ricotta cheese nothing layers of pasta and sauce. The person delivered didn’t have no change. I called and still paid them of course i paid before I saw and tried the horrible plate plus horrible customer service! Im latina but when I want to eat Italian food its italian and wow ? dont buy Italian food just font buy food period their and the young ladies answering the phone!! If you were my employee i would of fired u on the spot ur giving the latin community a bad look !!!
The food was terrible. We had a carry out order of garlic parmesan wings that had no garlic, no parmesan and no flavor. We also order the dinner plate of pork chops with rice and beans. The pork chops were over cooked and they taste like the meat had gone bad. Needless to say it was a waste of money and our dinner was completely ruin. Terrible food, terrible service and terrible management.
Please do not come here. The other day my family came to florida for vacation and my stepdad called to order a few things from there. It took them 1 and a half hours to deliver, the food of course was cold and not only that, it was burnt. So my stepdad calls and someone tells him that they were going to pick up the food and bring a new one, then my stepdad calls after 1 hour bc they were taking too long and the manager tells him that she is not going to deliver anything to him or return anything bc my stepdad (who lives out of state) ALWAYS calls too much to complain about the food, my stepdad goes off on the manager . First of all it was the first time my stepdad called to this place and this lady is going to tell him that? Not only that we’ve notice, in another occasion I was sitting next to the kitchen, where the fountain drinks are, and i saw that some garlic breads fell on the floor, the OWNER (an old guy thats always there) picked them up put them in a basket and took it to some people on a table. Sometimes we overlook things to give people and businesses second chances but honestly i don't understand how some people can have the position they have and be so disrespectful and play with people’s food when you're paying for a service, they're not giving it to you for free.
