When I say that this review is fresh off the presses!?! I am still currently savoring the delicious food...As a West Indian woman in St. Cloud when you have a hankering, for Caribbean food you have a few choices. But The CHOICE I want you to make every time is Sylvia's Bowl Caribbean Grill!They are not paying me for this, I ordered it off of Uber Eats, I had no idea what to expect.When I tell you it was so good that I had to call the store & tell them so myself! Give people their flowers!?This place is delicious. Fall off the bone Oxtail perfectly done rice and peas and fried fried plantain. Chef's kiss!?My order arrived ahead of time head of time which is unusual for Uber & translates in my estimation to this restaurant being efficient.I will be making my way to the brick and mortar store as I suggest many of you do to!!Why cook for 3 hours when you can order it and have it delivered in 40 minutes? If you know about oxtail, then you know...:) Enjoy!!!
I want to thank Silva Bowl for catering my Family Reunion, I was in the Orlando area a few months ago (from Pompano Beach, Fl) to visit several restaurants for the perfect food and customer service, I want to say the staff and Kim is top rated customer service and the food is delicious, after tasting some of the food we knew that this is the place we want catering our Family Reunion.Everyone at the Family Reunion love the food.I wanted to say thank you Kim for making our Family Reunion comes together and when I visit Orlando, Silva Bowl is place to stop by for Lunch or Dinner.Much Thanks KimRobert

So I like share different food experiences with my kids. Well this was a new experience for myself and my kids. For years friends and co workers have told me to try ox tail and curry goat. But most places I saw were dingy and unsanitary looking. But we walked in to a very clean and inviting environment. The owner greeted us and told us about her dishes and answered all our questions as silly as they were. We got our food to go. We got three large portions which was enough to feed six of us. The food was a lovely experience for my whole family and we can’t wait to go back for more and enjoy the taste of the real islands!

Upon entering I was greeted I felt very welcomed the place was very clean and well kept I ordered curry chicken small and a kids rib combo and I paid just under 20$ Great price ! the curry chicken was seasoned very well it was really good nice gravy consistency nice portion if I had a complaint about my meal it would be that the cabbage lacked seasoning and flavor for my personal preference however that wouldn’t keep me from going back. My son enjoyed his meal it came with a drink I would recommend this business 100% definitely will return
Absolutely LOVE this place. The first thing I noticed was how CLEAN everything was when we walked in. We came in from out of town and wanted some good Caribbean food so I did a Google search and this place was at the top of the search results. We were greeted by Tweet who let us sample what we wanted before deciding. My wife went with the stewed chicken, my mother in law got the oxtails and I got the Curry Chicken roti. Everything was AMAZING!! We are definitely going back before we return home. Definitely recommend this place!!
OMGAWD! Just found out about this place! She's successfully been there for 5 years!!!! ??? food IS ??? it's SO good! Store was super clean & owner has great energy. This is my new spot! Huge portions.
Food tasted great but the serving size isn't competitive for the area regarding their lunch specials. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but not horrible. Jerk chicken was decent but the rice and meat amount was unbelievably small. Not sure about their other combos that arent lunch specials
I went to Silva’s for the first time. It was a great experience. The food was delicious. Oxtail & Spicy Beef patty is on point. Staff was great & friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
