I always ♥ to eat at Red , but this time was a whole experience. Although, I know from time to time we may encounter hair in our food, but this time I starven like Marven. I was completely turned off. Mel the manager came over right away to rectify the problem but I wanted to ? ?. I have a very sensitive stomach. Please check your food any and everywhere. The food did look great UNTIL IT DIDN'T!!!

As always good food and excellent attention from staff but the place needs more attention to details since it does not looks so cleaned inside. The bread that yo receive at first is amazing
Great service as we entered, wait wasn't too long. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. My wife's dish was touted as "loaded" with Shrimp, I guess this is a bit of an ambiguous term, she got 6 shrimp but said overall the dish was nice! My steak was OK but a little average for the price.

The customer service was awesome. My husband and I usually shy away from Red Lobster. We took my mother in law for her birthday. She loves Red Lobster! The menu has changed, which is a good call. The food presentation was perfectly well done. I was impressed. Summer was our waitress. She was inviting, courteous, and made sure we were taken care of.

I have loved Red Lobster my whole life. This is the only time I have ever sent my meal back. I sent my meal and my families meal back because the food tasted terrible. The jasmine rice was old and clumpy, the cheesy potatoes came out and it seemed like they slapped a slice of cheap Kraft American cheese and put it in the microwave. All of the seafood had a weird flavor. It tasted kind of like old freezer burn. I usually get the admirals feast, and the fish, scallops, and shrimp did not taste right.I love Red Lobster normally, especially the coconut shrimp. I hope they fix whatever they have going on at this place. Poor management perhaps?
