What a great meal at this location! The staff is super friendly and our server Zahar was very attentive and so sweet. She thanked us many times for choosing their restaurant to dine at, and our order was perfectly served. The food was fresh and hot and delicious, especially the cheddar bay biscuits! if you are travelling or in this area be sure to visit!
I've always loved a good Red Lobster and that cheddar biscuit. The service at this location was great especially our server Megan(sp). The food came out hot as usual and was very tasty. Certain items such as salmon and shrimp was a bit over cooked as well as the broccoli(my personal preference is a crunch and items cooked at the right temperaturel. The drink was good (lack that kick) and the appetizers were amazing. This location is right in the mix by the attractions and hotels but I believe it's big enough to accommodate.
If my family and I could give this 0 stars we would. My father ordered Flounder with lobster topped mash potatoes. When we got back to our hotel my dad made a comment that the bag of food felt really light as if there was no food in the bag. We were surprised that his comment turned out to be the truth. This probably explains why the lady was so quick to deliver our food and dismiss us. Maybe curbside pick up isn’t the best option but here’s a lesson: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!
From the moment we walked in Craig was amazing. The customer service here is the best I've encountered and I lived in Vegas 7 years. My family and I were here on vacation and decided to eat at Red Lobster for dinner on Wednesday at 4pm. We were not disappointed. Our waitress Emma was a delight, she kept our drinks full and asked numerous times "Did we need anything else". All four of our meals were hot and delicious. We definitely will come back. Thank you Craig and Emma you made our vacation amazing.
Nice friendly experience, lovely food just a little pricey I thought. Seafood pasta was nice! I think the menu has changed since I was last here a couple of years ago as the bread at the beginning was not as nice as I remember. Still good don't get me wrong. Staff will do anything for you and my little one was OK with the kids menu.
Jeweliana our waitress was nice and kept us happy. She was there anytime we needed anything. The food was good5/18/22Darren was very attentive and cordial. Nice meal.
By far the best service my husband and I ever received from our server last week (Adam). From NY to any other southern restaurant, he truly stood out. He was very attentive from refilling drinks to often checking on us with our food without being annoying. Today, we checked in again and was served by Amanda, another outstanding service.
This kung pao was delicious. Server which was also the chef was funny and very welcoming. Will come back on our next visit to Orlando.
Great service and crab legs were delicious. Craig, thanks a lot a lot for getting the table for 10 people for us. You really made the difference to make us spend a great family time.
