I would like to no give any stars based off this visit this evening. Not even worth the 1 star. What a cluster this was. I placed an online order and had to wait almost an hour because the manager decided she didn't want to work tonight. No respect and definitely there was no leadership. She made people wait for long periods of time and then argued with any guest that confronted her. The shut down the chicken warmers before 8 pm and then didn't want to turn them back on when it was clearly in the best interest for the customers to have warm food. I didn't see a sense of urgency anywhere with anyone. I did see one female employee just walk around and constantly stare at the counter monitor. This is supposed to be a new store and it seems like the manager is operating it like her personal do wjat she wants store. I don't think I will ever go back to this store. I will go out of my way to another one just to avoid this.

It’s your average Popeyes. The employees were very nice and patient, and the service was fast. Everything was coordinated well. I guess it may be because I lucked out today, but I had a good Popeyes experience here. The food was alright too, but the high rating is really for the service. The place ran out of pie, so watch out for that.

This location is on my commute. One of the first fast food options if you’re leaving Walt Disney World property. Like all locations on 192, if you attempt to go after the theme parks close, you’re going to wait. Drive thru traffic frequently spills out onto the road. However this location has always provided poor service no matter what time of day or demand, even before the current staffing shortages. Their back door is frequently open when I’ve used the drive thru with employees smoking next to the door frame. Zero customer service training and/or lack of management oversight. Pulled up yesterday to an empty drive thru, waited ten minutes at the speaker, and was told they were closed at 7:45pm. Not going to waste my time or risk/gamble my health with this poorly run location. Go elsewhere.

I love Popeyes so much but this one is so disappointing. Complete waste of time and money. This is all the max N cheese they gave me. The drive thru microphone quality was so bad I couldn't understand the lady inside. And all of the employees looked like they didn't wanna be there

We stopped here to get lunch and had to eat in our vehicle. The upstairs was closed off. The restaurant was said to accommodate 60 guests. Three employees that appeared to be on break were sitting in the very small downstairs dining area not leaving any room for paying customers to sit without feeling uncomfortable. While outside eating in our vehicle employees were out front arguing with people who were obviously not customers. This is a large tourist area and people vacationing should not feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any restaurant location. Corporate should definitely do a surprise visit, if they value their customers. The food was good, fries could have been fresh. My son wanted the the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich but was told they had no buffalo ranch. It took several minutes for someone to take our order when we were the only ones in line. Terrible service and experience.

We were going to do the drive-thru, but the line extended into the street, so we went inside to order. Well, that wasn't any better. It took over 45 minutes to get our order. This location is just crazy busy and they need a much larger staff. Chicken was a bit overcooked, but still yummy. Sides were decent as well.

The wait to get our order placed took about an 1 hour. Not to complaint because the order was accurate and the food was tasty. It felt that we were never going to make the window. I even slept a 45 min. nap in 15 min. rest intervals until placing the order. On a positive side. One of the only drive thru open in the area at 11pm on a Saturday night.

I put a mobile order for 7:35pm, I got there around 7:45. Waited behind some other customers. At 8:15 I went to ask them if there was an update with a response of “don’t you see I’m doing something!” So, I just left. I was patient and did not say anything with a tone. Food is always good, but service was not. However, did not get the food this time.

Ordered the delicious spicy chicken sandwich, a 1/4 shrimp basket, and chicken strips with sides. I didn't get my large Mac n cheese, but the food I did get was great. As usual. This location is a little hard to reach when coming east on 192.

As soon as we walked in, an employee told us there would be a wait (this was 25 minutes after they opened and there wasn't another customer anywhere in sight). We said we were fine with waiting and she said, "then you can wait outside"I know it's just fast food, but kind of appalled that people speak to customers this way. With so many other options in this immediate area, I can confidently say it's 100% not worth the trip.
