Worst trip to Popeyes yet. Took 20 minutes to place my order, each of the two orders before me were incorrect, and had to be corrected prior to me ordering. My eat-in order was placed sideways in the bag, short a biscuit, no jam, lids didn’t fit my cup, out of Coke, no napkins in the bags or elsewhere in the store. My brothers order was missing two sides, a piece of chicken and a biscuit. I would have requested that they fix the order, but they were so far behind I couldn’t come close to calling this “fast food,” and didn’t have time to ask them to make it right. Employees seemed to be stuck in first gear, and didn’t seem remotely interested in being here today. Pick a different Popeyes.
We ordered the mac and cheese which appeared to have been sitting for quite a while and disintegrated as soon as touched by utensil. We weren't brave enough to taste it. The iced tea didn't have any flavor. The spicy chicken sandwich had plenty of spicy sauce and could have used more than one small pickle slice
Possibly the slowest and worst service I’ve ever had. This is the only Popeyes near me so it sucks saying I won’t be back.Update: I was given extra chicken tenders for my long wait. The chicken tenders were VERY greasy and the oil tastes very old. $16 wasted.
Been multiple times even with many different managers and even before Covid orders were not accurate. Now food is slow, not consistent or accurate. Ordered delivery today missed a meal a side and the biscuits were hard and dry.
A visit to this location is, most often, an exercise in frustration. Several times, I have ordered online and arrived at the appointed time only to find "the chicken is still in the fryer". Last night's pick-up resulted in an additional 20 minute wait. At least the chicken was hot and fresh, unlike the cajun fries. Overall, the food is generally good and the staff is pleasant. I have learned that this is not the place to go if I am on a schedule.
This location should be shut down!! The service and food are horrendous!! I have had nothing but terrible experiences here!! The food is salty, undercooked or burnt! My order is always incorrect!! I don’t even know why I continue to bother giving them my money! I do love Popeyes and so does my son and this is the closest location to me!! I just need to stop eating their chicken it’s not healthy anyway!! Shut this place down!!
This is probably the worst Popeye's location in the central florida area and perhaps the entire state. Never get your order right and if you go in person they take forever to fulfill it. I've ordered blackened tenders uber eats several times and they have ALWAYS sent me the wrong kind of chicken. I've complained to uber so many times at this point they don't credit me whenever my order comes wrong anymore even with photo proof. The workers are LAZY and the manager does nothing to resolve issues you have.
Uber eats should ban this restaurant location, when they receive an order close to 10PM (close hour) they dont care about it... They say there isn't any order to avoid prepare it. Seriously ppl, dont order from here you won't get your food anyways... Because they dont wanna work and closes the doors aswell.
Didn't receive what I ordered. Food was totally unacceptable. Chicken was hard and tasted like it was cooked in OLD oil. Red beans and rice as well as potatoes were soggy, no consistency! Biscuits were too hard. Took back for replacement. Could not eat! Never again!!
This place literally always doesn't have its signature chicken or tenders; it's like they're trying to sell or serve what they mainly give out. Always around 5:30 in the afternoon is when I visit the place and today they gave out the same old excuse "we dont have chicken" this time it was only spicy chicken "on-bone". Like idc that ita on bone like why even bother with this place it's always the same thing. Not going there again wouldn't reccomend the place. Maybe they have chicken during the morning but like why stay open past the morning and waste people's time like that if they have no chicken.
