Food is excellent of course its from Louisiana. Staff is short and they are doing the very best they can. The kitchen is in dire need of cleaning. Not a whole lot of seating available, this location is on the small scale if dining room.
Location sucks. 30 plus minutes in the drive thru. Ran out of the most popular item on their menu. Chicken sandwich. Omg. Inquired to why. Really did not get a reasonable answer. "They need to make more". So early in the day ?? Will not be returning.
Not efficient at all. Got my drive thru order 14min later, wrong food, however it was edible..I asked twice at window bout the order and was assured it was correct.Too much foolishness going on with workers inside and not focused on the customers order..mgr is asleep
Terrible customer service. Waited close to an hour for two combo meals when it wasn’t even busy (9:30pm on a Wednesday night). The employee putting our meal together had no sense of urgency and took forever to get our food ready despite everything already pre made? And she was eating while she was working? We were given fountain drink cups but all of the fountain drinks were out of flavour. And despite the hour long wait for our food, our meal was still made wrong. We were at a loss for words, employees didn’t seem to happy to be there.
I lord this Popeyes, then over the weeks things changed. The ladies there always have attitudes and give real snooty looks to anybody who comes through the door or drive thru. I ordered from my job today to have delivered, and the uber driver informed me of the attitudes and lies he go. They didn’t give him my drink or sauces for my 5 piece tenders. When I called lays over the phone got an attitude and told me I need to call uber eats because the driver should have spoken olio. Won’t be returning there.
I usually love Popeyes but on this day, it must have been an off day because my chicken was dried out and wasn't even warm, but on a brighter note my husband loved the fish sandwich and it was hot, So Yay on that!! Thank you on his food
We were regulars, they always took good care of us, we love the chicken. The thing I do not understand is why it cost 3 to 4 dollars more in Florida for the food then any other state. It is $11.99 for a 5 piece in most other state (Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Illinois to name a few) and 14.99 to 15.99 in Florida? We have stop going to Florida stores for now because it hurts.
Went at 11:40 pm Friday night, didn't acknowledge me at the drive-thru. Drove to the window, I was told that they were out of food. Not really, they just decided to close per the shift manager. I told him that according to the posted sign they served unti midnight on Friday and Saturday. Do you think corporate and the stock holders would agree to the shift manger making this decision? I've owned my one business and this is not good business.
The worst costumer service! Don’t place your order online because you will get there and they will tell you they can give you the order you are paid for. I placed an order on the mobile app to pick up at the store. When my husband & I got there the lobby was closed, it was 10:10pm, we proceed to go to the drive thru window, where we waited about 5-10 mins, staff was to busy talking to each other & ignoring us. When eventually someone decided to acknowledge us, we were told our order had already been pick up?! Weird! I asked to check again, the young lady said it wasn’t ready. Then another girl came to the window told us they didn’t have spicy tenders, I said regular tenders would be fine. She left again, then came back & told me I had to cancel my order?! I told her I can’t cancel the order on the app. She ask my husband to park, that the manger would be with us shortly. We waiting 20mins no one came. My husband walked up to the window where more costumers were already completing because they had been waiting for a while for their food. They told my husband again to just wait for the manager. We waiting another 20mins. My husband when to the window again, the manger told him she couldn’t refund our money because we place order on the app, she was gonna go ahead an full filled the order after waiting over & hr. I told her to just cancel the order & give me the refund. She said she couldn’t refund me & she wasn’t gonna fulfilled my order anymore, to call corporate. I hope they can get better people to work there. Is not the fist time I have issues with my orders. But this will be my last for sure.
Placed order in drive thru this afternoon. Young man did not listen or repeat order back.Added ice to my drink when I specifically said, "No ice, please".I ordered 2 apple pies for myself and my son. He only gave me one apple pie.I then had to sit in front of the store for approximately 15 minutes waiting for my order and was late getting back to work. Sigh...And if I might add, it's a shame that we have to write AND read about so many bad reviews for Popeyes.They truly have a great product, but often times this is not the result of someone's order because people don't take pride in their jobs.A job has simply become a paycheck. Whereas, when I was growing up, my mom taught me to take pride in ANYTHING I did that had MY name on it...my seal of approval....the quality of work I did in school or jobs was indicative of the type of person I was.
