My family has eaten from this location a couple times and service has always been mediocre at best. Today I ordered the new shrimp ceviche and a Miller lite(which is on the menu). Only for them to tell me they don't serve alchohol beverages. When I got home the ceviche was Horrible! It only had 4 shrimp, hard sweet potatoes, and some type of white beans that was the majority of the ceviche! After I ate the 4 shrimp I threw away the rest of it! Completely disgusting!
There was a fried big fat fly in my white rice!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it! A freaking fat fly was cooked in my food!!!!!! When I get went back and showed the manager, they looked and just said okay. They didn’t apologize or anything! They were unbothered! Where is the customer service? I used to LOVE Pollo Tropical and buy food from here (which it was sometimes good and sometimes not) and then this experience made it my last with them. PS the person who took my through drive thru order was super nice!!!!!!
I was very disappointed with Pollo Tropical on Osceola pkwy and Landstar Blvd. After placing my order and reaching the window, I was told that they had no yellow rice with vegetables. Had to get either white or brown rice, didn't even have the choice of mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. I was then told I could not get salad with the chicken avocado tropichop bowl had to do white rice. AND... I requested avocado in my grilled chicken tropichop bowl, paid extra for it and got only 2 thin slices. They were out of salsa, and 3 other sauces I requested. The tropichop chicken salad had nasty wilted black lettuce had to pick through it was terrible. If they have all these problems and are out of items it should be posted or mentioned before ordering. $33 dollars later it was awful and a waste money!
This location is easy to find when in the mood for quick food. We ordered the Chicken plate with 2 sides and a drink. My kids ordered the sandwich combos. After placing our order, it took 10 minutes to receive our order. I highly recommend checking your order before you leave. They forgot one order and we had to go back for it. The food was fresh and the portions are good. Hope you enjoy it?
Drive thru line was really long. I was asked to repeat the order. Pulled up to the window and the order they confirmed was completely different from what I’ve ordered. I asked a family meal, and the size of the side I ordered was jot correct. Only noticed after arriving home. Chicken had been cooked for a while as it was completely dry. Not a good experience.
Purchased a salad yesterday and the churrasco plate. Churrasco plate was awesome. The salad with grilled chicken and avocado tasted like it had chemicals on it. I went later on to inform them that the salad was bad. They offered me an exchange no refund due to no receipt. I gladly offered to pull up my bank transaction and having the full salad and bag in front of them was not enough for a refund. This is my first time eating there. Manager was busy on the grill and did no take the time to talk to me. I’m disappointed about the service more so about the quality of their salad. From the few bites that I took; I am dealing with an upset stomach now and diarrhea. I hope the salad tasting like chemicals get addressed. Regardless not looking for compensation more so better attention to customers and addressing factors that can be detrimental to your business. Thank you.
The manager don't listen so I repeatedmy order 4 times and still got cold food and nothing to put on the fried yuca and he over charged me. Never again! The worst ever!
Its a Good place to eat. My family enjoys eating the chicken, beans, and rice bowls. The lines are always a little long but at the end its usualy worth it. Hot food and good flavor the order always right. No complaints I think the line is expected for the type of food served. Good job guys!!
The food was delicious and the service was so good, even though they were very busy. We were there Saturday during the day and Noemi the manager helped us. She was so nice and helpful and gave me extra cilantro sauce, which we love! Will definitely go back again.
Alex did a great job helping me out tonight. It was late and he made plates for me and my daughter despite closing time. We appreciate him and the staff after such a horrendous airport experience.
