I was ignored by the manager who would look me look me directly in the eye then walk away after trying to get his attention, saying "excuse me, sir" politely. Then he finally gives me my food and they left out almost half the food.Called customer service and got no answer except a messaging service to leave my number which I KNOW they won't use to return my call. This place is horrible with zero decorum.
First of all when i ordered i had to repeat my order three to four times and still messed up my order. When i simply asked for two tropichops. They serve very little (literally half of the bowl!) On one of the tropichops we asked for avocado and it came with two tiny pieces and not the many slices advertised. Not to mention how much it costed but becides that just mainly upset with the false advertising.
One of the best if not the best pollo tropical on the area. The food is always on point and the customer service is phenomenal. Every person working there is very attentive and eager to serve you.
The food was excellent. The staff was friendly and patient. We are from out of town and this is our first time visiting. They were very generous.
This pollo tropical is horrible! I go there at least twice a week and they never have food!! Every single time I go they don’t have anything!! One time I went there and all they had was rice and beans! No fries, no yucca, not even chicken and yet they specialize in chicken!!! Today I went and they were out of rice and my garlic cilantro sauce!! I will from now on drive 20 minutes farther away to avoid this location!! Ridiculous
Horrible experience at this restaurant, earlier tonight I came in and no one recognized that I was there I waited and waited and no one took my order, and they didn’t even look busy. The place was basically empty. on top of that the lady that was working there had no gloves on and was touching the food with her bare hands to measure the temperature because it looked like there cooker stopped working, The worst part was that she would scratch her nose through her mask and then touch the food with those same hands.I am truly Disgusted. I will never eat at a restaurant that has improper Hygiene.On top of all of that it wasn’t even that late and they hardly had any food out I am very disappointed because I was hungry and couldn’t even get proper service. After waiting a while I Just left. Paying customers don’t deserve this kind of Service.I recommend no one goes to this restaurant.The pollo tropical on Osceola is a lot better.
I decided to order Pollo Tropical through DoorDash. This was the first time we had ever ordered from them. The order arrived with 2 things missing. One of these was my Cuban sandwich which was supposed to be my dinner. My husband's chicken was terrible and looked nothing like the picture. We probably won't order from them again.
The food is delicious. BUT today I tried a chicken quesidilla wrap and becareful I bite into a piece of chicken bone and a weird piece of bone which I think it is it was so hard I thought I broke my tooth it was black and the size of a dime but half the size n skinny. I had to open the wrap up and look through everything but I got disgusted and threw it out. Other then that pollo tropical has great food ?
Food was extremely delicious. Service was good ordered French fries on the side and was told 3 minute wait and I had to ask for them after 15 minutes. The cleanness of the location is a 0 like OMG they need to clean it's a restaurant where people.eat in also the restrooms are horrible and super dirty.
The food is delicious. But we had experience that curbside we had to wait and nobody came. So we had to enter to pick up the dinner, the restaurant was with no clients ordering. So didn't know why no one bring the food. But, again, the food is great!!
