We got late to our hotel (swan)and this place was open late (1am) so we ordered delivery. The food arrived 15 minutes later than it was supposed to (ordered at 1220 through GrubHub, was meant to arrive at 1, came at 116) but at least the food was still warm.Got Hawaiian pizza and garlic bread. The garlic bread was amazing. The pizza was good, great dough, but soft. Not crispy at all.I would definitely order from there again but would note that it should be crispy this time. If it comes crispy, I would give it 5 stars.
I received the best service from Angela. She was very helpful and busy. She made sure our drinks was always full and anything else we needed during our visit to Pizzeria. The food was very good. If I go back to Pizzeria I hope I get the same service. Angela is good at what she does. The pizzas ? were very good.
We ordered our food three days ago and for 1 pizza two toppings combo $38 philly cheese steak pizza 17 total was $81... Driver gave himself a $20 tip...called restaurant because the wings were raw and my son got sick...female would not allow me to explain and kept blaming it on his bank...she then cut me off while I was explaining the issue...after I became irritated by her lack of community service she hung up on me...some service..smh.$100
We have been ordering for a while & it was awesome! However the last three times have been terrible burnt pizzas and wrong toppings. Also the last time we ordered arrived 20 minutes later and waited 40 additional minutes as the employees goofed around with each other. When my husband inquired how long it would be the cashier took the pizza that had been sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes and gave it to my husband. Cold and nasty. She really didn’t care that it had been sitting there. Pizza was also burnt. I guess we need to find a new Friday night pizza stop.
Seriously the best pizza I’ve ever had. If you do not order from them you are actually missing out. I’m never ordering from any other pizza place again. Also, customer service is amazing. I have zero negatives for this place.
This was the first time we visited this location as we are on vacation. Angela was our server and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Angela was kind and treated us like family. This was the best pizza and cheese bread we have ever had. We will definitely be back as their food and service were GREAT!
I have worked here and ate here. I love this place best pizza in town. go get some open in the afternoon and open late for us night time eaters. ?????????❤️❤️❤️??????????????????????????????????????????♀️?♂️
We came here one night after leaving Universal. We placed our order around midnight from the Universal parking deck. They told us 20 minutes, which was fine since the drive to the store was about 20 minutes. We took our time and got there and still had to wait about another 20 minutes. The food was hot when it was ready. We took the food back to our hotel to eat. The pizza and cheese bread was great. My wife enjoyed the wings.
Absolutely horrendous!!! We ordered from this dump after it was recommended at our resort and this was the worst pizza ever. They scammed us as we order 2 medium for $24 and some moron shows up with a medium and a large and then charges us $34 and get this, they don’t take credit cards. What a joke!!! I gave him $40 to get him out of our face. Do NOT order from these guys as the pizza is nasty and obviously the business and driver was just as nasty. 0/5
