Worst place ever. I tried to order for over 50 minutes with constant holds. They would answer, then rudely put me on hold and not return. I called back with new people answering with the same result. I'll never order Pizza Hut again. Too many great pizza places to be treated like garbage by this chain. I recommend you don't waste your time. I asked them to stop putting me in hold and they did anyway with no explanation.
Food never arrived. After 2 hours of waiting sat on hold for 45 minutes. Person who answered the phone did not understand me and just told me to go down and focus l discuss it with the store and pick up my pizza. I ordered delivery for a reason. Finally had to make my crying hungry children food in my hotel
My family orders from Pizza Hut once a week. We typically don’t have an issue. However, this time things didn’t go so well. We placed our order as normal. We received our pizza is a reasonable amount of time. However, our breadsticks were burnt and they sent an extra pizza and changed us for it. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s about how you resolve it. I called the the store and a call center answered. They could not assist me. They transferred me to the store. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Nobody answered. Then I called the customer satisfaction line. They could not help me. I called the store again. I was on hold for 40 minutes. No answer. I called the following day. I was on hold and the line disconnected. I called again. Guess what I was on hold for another 30 minutes and nobody answered. I was also told the store would call me and they never did. I will never order from a company that over charges you and has no way to fix it.
Ordered from this pizza hut around 10 PM delivering to Coronado Springs. The pizza never came when I called them they kept putting me on hold indefinitely or hanging up on me. Still waiting on my pizza or my refund.. Would never buy from here again.
Absolutely the worst service I ever received. Can’t order with the store so we ordered online. We ordered 36 wings for $58.99 and a Book It Bundle online. Place a tip online as well and they delivered the pizza, but not the $60 worth of wings. I have been on hold for 30+minutes just trying to talk to someone about it. They picked up, took my name and then put me back on hold. ?? NEVER AGAIN WILL I PLACE A TIP AHEAD OF TIME EVER.
I understand the coin shortage however, that's not my problem. I ordered online and selected to pay cash. My total was $26.86, I gave the cashier $40 she gave me back $13. I asked for my change and the cashier had an attitude and pointed at the sign about the coin shortage. I asked how would I know if I ordered online? And I asked for at least 10 cents. The line was long, it was very busy and understandably there's a nationwide issue, however pizzahut is still making money. How many others were shortchanged and pizzahut indeed took the profit.
Ordered online, quick, easy and efficient to be honest. I believe the inside is nor even open, you have to order via a window on the side of the store. Not bad and I really don't mind. So if you do come I recommend ordering online first.
My order was wrong when I received it. I called and spoke to Thomas who apologized and made the food order correct and would send it back out. I had to call back again because my soda order was incorrect. Again, spoke to Thomas who was very apologetic. When order was received for the 2nd time, everything was great.
Horrible experience. We placed an order for carry out online. When we pulled up after receiving word that our order was ready but the lights were off, open sign off, door locked. We went to the window, rang the bell but no one came and employees were walking past the window (mind you this was at 9 ish, not midnight like it says they close at) so we ring the bell again and finally someone came however the breadsticks were burnt, and the wings had little sauce on them. I won’t be returning to this location.
I requested butter/garlic spread on my crust for my online order. I picked up my pizzas, and they were plain crust. I asked the cashier, and he replied they no longer do that. I also ordered four Caesar salads; ranch was given for each of them instead of the Caesar dressing.
