Upon reading reviews we decided to go have some pizza at Pienezza. We came all the way from Georgia and we wanted some good New York Style Pizza. Upon entry we noticed that it was a small place. 3 tables and 2 large bar areas, plus 2 tables outside. But that didn’t matter because they were pooping out Pizzas left and right. Once we got our Pizza it was heaven. Not only were the ingredients fresh but they were also premium toppings. The big chunks of feta cheese, the savory pepperoni and the scrumptious cheese formed a delicious party. We will definitely return next time we are in town. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Excellent pizza! Tuesday at about 6pm was busy & only got busier after that. They have outside seating and a small dining area which wasn't full, but they had a lot of take out. We got Grandma's pizza (a square pizza) & added onions & sliced meatballs. Yum! It's thicker than a Neapolitan crust, but oh so crispy. Good quality ingredients. Watch out for the garlic because they don't roast or cook it before putting it on the pizza. It starts out raw so it only gets a little cooked on the pizza & it's strong. In spite of that, i'd get it again. Highly recommended!
This is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating! The flavour is absolutely incredible. We loved the thin crust and the tomato sauce was so good. Can’t say enough good things! We also tried the wings and they were also great! Big and juicy. Do yourself a favour and give Pienezza a try!
Very good pizza, especially if you love a lot of garlic/cheese on anything. Come here if you need a good hot slice.
We ordered via Uber Eats with a scheduled time 4 hours in advance. Obviously we can't comment on what the pizza would be like out of the oven fresh. (We are not complaining on wait time) Needless to say... we were surprised on the flavour. If spice bothers you I would stay away from the meatlovers. We would give a 6.5. We threw in the oven the next day and it was very good. The garlic knots were a miss on our end. Worth a shot to try for yourself.
Our last day at WDW and wife wanted good pizza. Which is not possible at Magic Kingdom or Wilderness Lodge. On our Way out of town she googled pizza in Kissimmee. Gambling, we picked Pienezza. What a win! We feel like we won the pizza lottery! So good and generous portions. We figure it will be worth another trip off property next time we’re here. Meanwhile, we’ll be eating pizza all the way to Maryland! Thanks for some great pie!
So chose this place cuz they had Sicilian pizza and the photos online look delish! Unfortunately I’d you’re visiting and close considering this place no one including the staff wear masks as if Covid 19 doesn’t exist. So if you’re healthy and trying to stay safe… might want to consider that before you visit. Also those making pizza are not wearing gloves. Stay tuned for the actual food review.Update: so had to cook the pizza a little more on the skillet when I returned to our condo because it just didn’t seem right. After that the pizza seemed to be better than my first bites on the way home from the restaurant. Tbh, not really impressed with the Sicilian or New York style pizza.
This was New York Pizza by the slice?. I got a bruschetta slice and was too hungry to take a pic but devoured it and I could tell you it's pretty close to authentic NY slices. My wife is always saying that the owners are from new york and that she loves getting pizza from here. I can tell you after this dinner I am definitely a fan and I will be coming back to try their vegan pie.
