But I can say about this place coming in at 8:00 at night. I order a Bourbon chicken fried rice entree for dinner and didn't expect it to be Bland and also rushed and still undercooked raw rice Not so happy.. My older brother ordered a dann dann noodles classic entree And furthermore He loved it.. And the crab wonton was very bland and it tasted frozen from package just grease taste and frozen gross ?? And also when trying to sit down on looking for a seating everything was disgusting they didn't even clean the booths ??♀️??♀️??♀️. This Experience reminded me of Panda Express food and I hate it..
If a picture is worth a thousand words see my chicken egg roll below. I called and reported my concern, the manager Charlie said that they are pre cooked and offered to refund the egg roll, however my biggest scare is food poisoning.As you can see that’s raw chicken inside.If something happens to me today I have this post as a record of what I ate unfortunatelyUpdate- the manager never refunded anything and didn’t bother communicating again. Avoid this place!
I hate having to give this rating. The service was nice and fast. My son LOVES the new bourbon chicken entree. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because there was a rubber band in my meal. I was 3 bites in and I agree with my son it's really good. However I can't take on more bite after finding the rubber band.And the 2nd star is for the manager she handled it very well.
First time trying this place and I was highly disappointed! The food was disgusting! We ordered 3 meals this evening; for myself, my husband, and son, and none of us enjoyed our food at all. I made myself eat some of it because I paid for it, but the rest is going in the garbage. I just can't stomach finishing it. My husband threw half of this away too. Our eggrolls were soggy and had oil spilling out of them, everyone's rice was gummy, flavorless and soupy, the chicken tasted low quality and had a very odd bouncy texture. We all ordered fried rice, which is an upcharge, but my son was given white rice instead. By the time we got home and noticed it was not worth driving back for. This was a total waste of $50.00 that I wish I could get back.

This was the worse establishment I’ve had in a very long time. And as much as I love Pei Wei I would never eat at this location EVER AGAIN!
Always good food when we go there
I would like to praise this fantastic team of workers! I came in today with my young daughter for an online order, and was politely greeted by a guy who was the cashier. I could tell they were super busy, and they informed me that they were falling behind and apologized. Come to find out their manager had to go to the hospital and they were running the whole show by themselves!!! I didn’t mind waiting because I could see that they were all busily working. Despite loads of rude customers coming in and causing a fuss, the whole staff kept their composure and professionalism. 10 stars for this location. When the manager gets back they all need a raise. -Grace
Pour plenty of readymade teriyaki sauce and chicken breast in a pot of chicken breast and sticky rice and then microwave or cook it for 3 to 5 minutes - you will get a better quality food than what we got ordering teriyaki chicken with rice at Pei Wei. Other item we ordered was Kung Pao and they just added some chili flakes to the teriyaki recipe to make it Kung Pao. Also, we ordered fried rice but got white sticky rice. It was disgusting. None of us in the family of four could eat the food we ordered for dinner at home. I would give zero star if I could. We do enjoy oriental food and some times enjoy eating at Panda Express and other Chinese restaurants.
First time trying the food her and it will definitely be the last. I ordered the coconut curry which had good flavor but came out warm. I ordered the Mongolian beef and it was cold. Egg roll was cold and soup was cold. Prices don’t equal the quality of food your getting. Do not recommend.
