If I could rate them zero stars I would. The staff is extremely rude from the manager down to the FOH. Only Friendly one was the older gentleman cooking. He should take himself elsewhere.The food is lacking flavor and is not fresh.Spare yourself. There are a million options to eat at, this place should be your very last resort
If I could give this place a 0 star I would u went to drive thru at 9:04 pm and the person that was going to take my order name Margerie she was very rude I didn’t know what I wanted on menu so I was still decided and she like can you hurry up we have 2 cars in back of you so I just order what ever I didn’t even get to order what I really wanted because I was rush I attached the receipt on here you guys need to get rid of Margerie R she very rude and has lack of customer service dose not care about her customer at all please get rid of her
Food was descent and they don’t have drinks. There was no sign stating that and they didn’t have any. However they have two other drinks to offer but it was coconut water one that I’m allergic to and a non common strawberry drink. Water was working but they didn’t give us a water cup when we asked. I don’t blame the workers I blame their managers. Myself and eight other will not be returning to this Panda Express, we’ll drive to the other one which is 45 minutes away. It’ll be worth it, they have drinks.
The staff are very friendly at this location. The food was just ok today. The lo mein noodles have been held way too long and were very dried out. The egg rolls look like they've been sitting there for hours. Also the fountain was completely out of ice and Coca-Cola! So today this was a three-star visit.
Mobile order. Drive through was closed, but they didn’t indicate this. Sat for five minutes until an employee who didn’t speak English opened the window and stared at us. Manager said drive through was closed and was very, very rude. Sat in car another twenty minutes waiting for order to be complete. In the end, service wasn’t the only thing that was bad, so was the food; plus, order was wrong. I would give zero stars if I could.
We made a pit stop here after leaving one Disney Park and was headed to another. Once we arrived, we found that over half of the menu was not available. We went ahead and ordered what was available. We took our food to go and booked it to the next park. Once we arrived and began eating, we quickly realized that ALL of the food tasted like cleaning solution. It was disgusting! We couldn't get down more than a couple of bites before we had to toss 3 huge - 3 entree plates. When we tried calling the store, it rang over and over again for over 10 minutes with no one ever picking up. This was super frustrating as we bought food BEFORE having to go into Disney, but then was left without anything to eat so we had to go in and spend more money than we wanted to in the first place. I'm not sure what happened that day to the food that was cooked but there is no way anything served was edible whatsoever. So thankful we didn't get sick!

I visit this location often and have always had positive experiences. Today was the exception. The staff member at the drive thru was rude and short and said everything but hurry up because she has a headache.My first instinct was to go elsewhere...but I really do love the food at Panda ExpressWe came inside and spoke with the manager Andres. He was amazing! He addressed the issue immediately and made sure we were ok. this level of ownership and accountability has won my loyalty. He turned a negative experience into a positive one. I will be back soon
The portion sizes are great value for the reasonable price , they have plenty of choice, if you want large and a member of your party want small portions they catered for that
This location continues to get worse. Their drive thru is always closed and they make mistakes with online orders. For example, today they forgot our egg rolls and they gave us beef instead of string bean chicken. I kept hoping it was just because they are a fairly new location, but it has been months & the service is not improving.
