We initially went to a different Panda Express, and their power was out. So we checked this one, and the website said the menu was limited here (supply chain stuff), so we called ahead and asked if they had Beijing Beef and Honey Shrimp, and they said yes.So we made the 32 minute drive out of our way to come here. When we got here, they said they only had noodles, rice, and orange chicken. Idk why they lied to us on the phone, but we wasted gas to come out here (and gas is too expensive for that).I understand supply chain issues, I'm not upset about that specifically, that can't be helped. I also understand the other store losing power, again it can't be helped. But to outright lie on the phone is unacceptable. If the employees don't have the integrity to tell the truth on the phone, who knows what other corners they are cutting inside the kitchen. Do better, Panda Express.
Today I realized that every Panda express is different. The food in this one absolutely disgusting. Chow mein in this one taste like paper. Chicken felt like was really old and stale and shrimp had a weird taste aswell. Not sure if it is poor management or poor cooking skills but I was really disappointed in this one. Considering we LOVE panda express. Only reason for 2 stars is friendly personnel!
We ate here yesterday and it was exactly what you would expect from Panda! I got mixed vegetables and rice with orange chicken and string bean chicken. He got mixed vegetables and rice with orange chicken and walnut shrimp. He mentioned that the walnut shrimp wasn't as crispy as usual. The orange chicken was a little spicier than usual, but I liked it that way! Service was fast and everyone was efficient. $20.69 total, no drinks.
I love Panda but this one stucks! I've given them 5 chancesnd every time its something! They disappoint every time. From not having forks and napkins, to not having any food ready at 8pm, to not having white rice (twice), to the Brown rice being undercooked/hard to the credit machine not working twice. They definitely lost me and my family's businesses because we don't have time for the next thing that's wrong, undercooked, nasty, broken, or out of stock. Management need to get that place under control.
Food was GREAT! Beijing Beef and Fried Rice Bowl...was YUMMY!!! But what happened to your plum sauce? I think it was a huge mistake taking that away.
Someone wasn’t paying attention to her job. I ordered fried rice with orange chicken and instead they gave me noodles and honey sesame chicken. Also, they put just 4 little pieces of chicken that looked like left over. Not happy at all ??????????
Perhaps I visited at a bad time and it was an out of the ordinary bad evening. We had never been to this particular store. We visited this evening at 5:15pm (Saturday). But for me unfortunately it was a bad experience. They were not particularly busy. We decided to do the drive thru. They were out of broccoli beef, out of crab rangoons and 10min wait for teriyaki Chicken. I chose alternatives. The chow mein noodles were dry and bland as was the rice. This is not our typical experience with a Panda Express. It was disappointing as we were hungry and had been looking forward to Panda.
This location is always out of everything. One day you go they have no meat but have rice and noodles. The next they have all the chicken but no beef, rice or noodles. The last visit I went at 8:30 pm when they close at 10:30 pm and they tell me they have 2 types of chicken and that's it for meat but no rice or noodles. Who is running this place?? Do you not want business? Get it together!!
This restaurant urgently needs a manager! I waited 20 minutes to be served. There was only one person to serve the counter. All the tables in the restaurant were dirty. The floor was also littered with dirt under the tables. In short, arrive without hunger, as you will be waiting a long time to eat something.
This place is the worst restaurant ever. I order food online at pick up time said 12:20pm. My daughter been waiting over 45 mins for the food. I called the restaurant and they don’t pick up the phone. I spend $76.92. This is ridiculous. I’m calling corporate tomorrow for a complain. I wish I can put 0 start
