Very rude customer service. Manager is very disrespectful. The manager Threaten me and I’m a customer, absolutely disgusting. Manager had my to go order for about 20 minutes and I had to go and get it my self. Hit up another steakhouse. This Outback Steakhouse is very rude to customers and now my to go order is cold. Thanks managers and employees that work in this Outback Steakhouse. You need to replace your manager. She is called Tatum supposedly. Large white women mananger treated me like garbage. Please beware
This was a lovely experience! First time back for us since the darn global pandemic. The steaks were cooked fantastic, it was not too busy for a saturday so we did not have to wait too long. Our waiter was Roman, he did quite well. The other waiters were helping us out as they dropped our food and got us refills. Superb teamwork. He was attentive and made sure everything was perfect.
Cameron is a great server. Very genuine kind and personable. Our food came out in 5 minutes it was so fast! Highly recommend. And Tatum the manager is there if you need any extra help she is very sweet! I would show you a picture of the food but we ate it all.
Decent Outback location! Staff is very friendly! Generous portions! Awesome for a steak fix! Love the blooming shrimps that they have for an appetizer. The only downside are the ribs. Personally, I do not like the type of sauce they use of them. That said, they're sides are great - especially the premium ones.
I really enjoy the steaks at Outback. They always meet the quality and the standards of food and especially steaks. Delivery is fast and the food is delicious. A Classic Ribeye is a must try along with the Chocolate Thunder Down Under for Desserts. Overall always a pleasure to be here and enjoy a good meal which is also value for money.
I have been to many outback’s throughout my time here on God’s green Earth.. and this location absolutely blew away every previous experience I’ve ever had. Upon arriving, the staff opened the door for me and my partner. We were promptly greeted and seated, the wallaby darned was AMAZING, the bloomin’ onion was fresh, hot and crispy, our steaks were perfectly prepared and so tasty, and our drinks were never left empty. This location is amazing!!!!! Thank you so much for a great dining experience. It’s certainly worth driving an extra 15 minutes to this location as opposed to the outback closer to our house.. they’re doing something right. We’ll be back!!

Went to enjoy a family dinner after disney and The manager said they are short staff, the kitchen is backed up and they would not be able to serve a family of 10. We go to outback at least 4x a month and I never received such a Horrible unprofessional service from a manager. Once I asked for her name to report her to corporate, She automatically changed her attitude in a heartbeat and said outback will serve our family. They were not busy at all the food was great and came out fast also our server was awesome and respectful. But that Female manager needs to find another job. Outback is to good for her stinky unprofessional lazy female manager.
Party of 4 and was told 20 min wait. Was actually a 50 min wait that's why the 4 star. They seemed short staffed but were working very hard. Service is fantastic and food was delicious. They did mix up our drinks but still good. Would definitely go back. Thanks
