First time here for a birthday dinner. The server was good friendly and sweet but I assume either its shortage of staff or the kitchen was giving our waiter a hard time, the drinks were not on time, the food was not on time and neither were the plates. On the other hand the guests who came after us got their food their bill and left as well. No complaints to the server though.
Manager or hostess (not sure) no polite at all, kinda on robotic move. Steak overcook and shrimps tasteless, new dessert with vanilla cake not good, although the server was very attentive and polite also the runner food guy.
My wing appetizer came out w 0 flats, when I complained the manager explained to me that yesterday that had a very large order of all flats so he was trying to "balance things out"... did not make me any flats nor did he comp the appetizer. Not only that, but this wing was fried with feathers still on it (see photo). I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the steak was decent.
Not a very good experience, the waitress was very sarcastic. When I specifically asked for Black tea, the waitress said she knew the difference between Black tea and favored tea.. Unacceptable. The last time I ate at this restaurant, I asked for Black tea and was brought flavored tea, and was told by the waitress this is all they had. I drank iced water. We enjoy going out, it was my granddaughters birthday, and I said do not mention it, let's eat and leave.When the Mgr came to our table, and asked if we wanted to speak to him we declined, we were not trying to get a free or discount on our meal.Thank you, perhaps next experience will be betterOh but they have a runner, VictorAwesome we were very happy him
Raw pork chops asked waiter to re-cook came back in less the 30 seconds with itPORK HAS TO BE WELL DONE OR YOU MIGHT GET SICK its sad i used to love eating at Outback but after this dont kbow anymore
As I did take out the food was good but would have been great if the server who took my order could have paid more attention to my requests as I was there talking to her. I asked for my husband's food to be gluten free as he's very sensitive they still left croutons on his salad. I also asked for light seasoning on his food and it was so spicy he could barely finish the meal. I asked for no seasoning on my food and it was covered in spices where I could barely eat it. ?
We go every other month or so to this location. The food is normally fantastic. This time, the cheese fries weren't has hot as they normally are and not all the cheese was melted. My husband's soup seemed very salty, the house salad had too much dressing and the steak we split was tough. We find if we get the larger sized sirloin (instead of the 6oz we normally get) it tends to be tougher than the smaller size.Our server, Angelica, was awesome! We've been seated with her many times in the past and always get fantastic service. She's friendly and knowledgeable. While the food was not as good as it has been in the past, the service was as good as ever!
MEALZ AND DEALZ REVIEW: ?????OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE is definitely a good place to take the family have a great steak and food and not break the bank. Everything was delicious and the staff was awesome. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the ambiance was great.
The bloom onion and bloom shrimp were too salty. The pasta had too little sauce and was bland.! Asked for medium well for steak but got medium rare. Butter bread was delicious and waitress was nice. But the food was disappointing
