Believe each and every negative review. Ordered pizza right around 1130 was told 40 minutes. An hour and a half later called back to check on it was told driver had an issue and someone else was bringing it. Fine things happen...at least remake it and send hot food...not cold pizza.
They don’t honor coupons that they have circulated. Online, if you choose “10 wings”, you’re only going to get 8, because they haven’t updated their online platform. The fries we got with the order were BURNED AND INEDIBLE. The pizza is made with ingredients that are subpar- and no seasoning. It reminded me of pizza day pizza in public school- cardboard flavored garbage. And when we tried to return it for all those reasons, they refused. So we left it there for them to throw away without our money back, because what would we do with it but throw it out anyway??? Run by people who clearly have no idea how to make a pizza or run a business. 4 thumbs down ??
LOVE this place. Decided I wanted food after midnight and this was the only place open. When I tell you looks can be deceiving… pizza was great and the customer service is amazing. Definately one of my favorite spots.
First of all, I called twice to order and was hung up on. So I tried to order online but the site wasn’t working so I tried to call in again and the lady proceed to take my order but she kept talking to someone else as I was talking. So I had to keep repeating myself. I gave up and just went to the restaurant. When I got there, the same voice from the phone didn’t greet me or say anything. While I was standing at the counter, she answered a FaceTime call and proceeded to talk to caller as I was ordering. I stopped to allow her to finish her call, however she said it was ok for me to continue ordering while she kept looking at her phone. I should have walked out but it was late and my family and I were hungry. When I got my food, I was told that I was “given” fries with my 10 pieces and wings order since they don’t come with it by some other woman. I told her I order the 10 piece wings and fries from the menu and fries are included. She started arguing with the rude phone lady in Arabic about my “extra” fries. I understand a little of the convo. They weren’t giving me anything that I didn't order. They were extremely rude and I would NEVER go back and I suggest no one eat there. On top of all that, the food wasn’t even good. The place wasn’t very mediocre.
The pizza was very good. The lady that took my order was very nice and professional. The delivery was on time and the driver was also nice , it was very late when I placed my order. I will order again from them again

Ordered it off of the Slice App. I’m going to rate only the food because the delivery was late and I do not know who’s fault that was.To be called “New York Pizza” is one thing that a lot of pizza shops do which is fine. Most of them have a unique “New York” style that are all pretty parallel generally speaking… but this place…this place is just in a different bracket. The best way to describe this pizza is as if you went to a Perkins on a late night and they were offering some strange pizza special.This pizza kind of has the look of Papa John’s but has absolutely no flavor. Most people would say “oh man it’s still pizza though, I’m sure it’s good but not great” but I’m here to tell you that it’s not even good. Been around the sun 32 years and have had a ton of pizza from all around the world and this is by far bottom 3 pizzas I’ve ever had.To New York Pizza And Wings: You have great leverage with how late you are staying open but just ask yourself…with such low ratings is this really a sustainable business? I mean just look at your reviews and listen to your people. Start from scratch, swallow your pride and at LEAST try making a new pie, reset expectations with your staff and serve a decent product. People who are eating late night aren’t asking for the best pizza in the world, they just want something good, and this my friends isn’t it.
This was my first time calling to place an order at 1:00am (Super Hungry). A lady answered and was so rude. I couldn’t understand her well. I tried to order and for the pizzas, wings, and a drink it was almost $60. I asked why and she basically had no time for my questions so she said good night and hung up on me. I’m a local and never ate here before. I can’t imagine how she would treat a tourist that’s never been here. Ma’am you should be ashamed. Terrible customer service. I give your establishment one star because at least you answered the phone
This was the only food option that would deliver to our hotel after midnight. They were so kind on the phone and our delivery lady was the sweetest woman on this planet. Fantastic food. Tip your drivers! They work hard to bring you food when nobody else will! Thank goodness for small businesses .
If we could rate this place with negative stars, they would need to pay us to eat their food. We ordered their special at 11:23 pm and 25 mins later the driver called saying she was a few minutes away... after going to wrong address. 40 mins later she had yet to arrive, so we called the store back.... they then said they were busy and running behind and would be there in 25 mins. At this point its now after 1 am.... the driver finally arrived but put our order sitting out on the valet podium unattended as she was sitting in her car. We bring it up and the pizza was super cold, wings were lukewarm, atleast the soda was "cool"... there was no sauce on the pizza ,the wings looked as if they got them out of the bargen bin from dollar general and were over cooked and dry ..... I hope people read the reviews becore ordering unlike us.
