We went to Mizu at Poinciana and it was great. Chef Andy was great. He was entertaining and full of energy. Food was great too.
Staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Food was horrible correct and delicious. Will came back again
Our server was very attentive and paid attention to the details. We always had drink and food in front of us. Waiter was very knowledgeable especially about food allergies. I’m allergic to sesame and peanuts which can be difficult no Asian restaurant. Food recommendation was great. Portions were amazing. Had lunch leftovers for the next day. Prices were very reasonable for what you get.
This is one of the best restaurants in Poinciana. I've eaten here for lunch and dinner. During lunch I enjoy there bento boxes that have a bit of everything. Then for dinner we enjoyed the hibachi steak and king of the ocean sushi rolls. Both were amazing. The chef was fun and funny. The only thing I was not a fan of was gratuity was added into the check. The chef was amazing, but our waiter could have used a bit of work. She was nice, however we finished our sushi, salad, soup and drink, but she never came back to clear the plates or offer a refill. She only came back to provide the check.
We have had lunch here twice now, this last time servicenwas a little slow, and our sushi kept breaking apart, not what we are used to with sushi. Maybe chef was having a bad day.
Had 10 people for dinner… so much fun and totally entertaining!! Waiter was excellent!!!
My Chirashi sashimi was very fresh and the presentation was very nice. There are 15 pieces of sashimi that were very nicely sized and thicker than other sushi/sashimi restaurants I’ve eaten this dish.My girlfriend’s hibachi with steak and calamari was also a very good serving. The steak was moist and tender and the calamari was surprisingly tender and not rubbery as most calamari we had. The fried rice was nicely flavored and had a distinct flavor compatriot the noodles so they didn’t just slather the same sauce on everything. Her vegetables were similarly fresh, crunchy, and seasoned nicely. The edamame was perfectly warm and not overly salty.
Our server never gave my chopsticks after asking twice, have to get up and find them.My friend order was incomple and they wanted to charge us for food we didn't consume, our server was to busy doing paperwork by the registration to take care of us and the restaurant was empty. The food is great but the place needs some serious costumer service training.Hope they make the changes because the food is good.
Clean restaurant, friendly staff. I recommend bringing a sweater it was a bit chilly inside.
We had a big party and they let us take a late arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great time with the chefs...they were very entertaining. It was a long drive out there but worth it.
