The wings are amazing but this place is forever not open when they should be or closed earlier than the hours clearly stated open on their site and Google search! It’s very disappointing because someone is taking the phone off the line to keep customers getting a busy busy signal! Gas is way too high to show up to a restaurant that reports they close at 10pm but are already closed by 8:30!
The service is horrible!!! I called 10 times to get through because I kept getting a busy signal (seems they only have one phone line). When I finally got through, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I finally placed the order and then had to wait another 15 minutes waiting. Previous owners had a sense of urgency but not these ladies, so much for fast food!!!
Their wings are so good but they never answer their phones and they are never open until the time that is posted on google and on their website. I got there at 8:50pm, as it states they do not close UNTIL 10pm and I get out in the pouring rain as I watched someone come out with their order and the door is locked and the girl just stares at me! I wonder if the owner knows they do this! I attempted to call before I got there also but they NEVER answer their phones either!
I like the food but I fail to understand why it is so consistently difficult to call in an order. Phone is either busy or no one answers so you have to call back to back for many minutes before you can get through. I can't count how times I've tried, failed, and given up. Bad for business.
We were at the restaurant waiting for order and the cashier told us ar 8:45 pmthat they do not going to take more order because they will close at 10:00pm After us there were six more cuatomer
Food is great, but they answer and had me on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up and called back they never picked up. Then the number was busy. I feel sorry for the owner, he/she’s losing money daily with this staff!
I was hesitant to order here because the reviews stated that food was okay but they never answer the phone so I thought I'd try my luck but they didnt pick up the phone like the reviews said...I tried calling 3 times for about 10 minutes and no answer. I am kind of dissapointed as I am new to the area and was about to order for the first time and a big order at that!
I am a local from Bella Lago I order many many times from this facilityToday on May 2nd there's a young lady at 4 pm Was completely arrogant and rude does not answer my calls and last week they did the same keep forgetting my French fries terrible!!!!!!!! this place is going down what happened??? The thing is one order and not at all busy!!!!
We used to love this place. The wings aren’t bad. But the last couple months they leave the phone off the hook so you can’t call in your order or if it does happen to ring they never answer. No option to order online. We drive down there to order and they’re closing 2 hours early because of an “emergency”… they close early every weekend. Don’t waste your time. If the owner knew how much money they’re loosing because of the kids running this place maybe they’d do something about it. We’ll move on and go somewhere else.
This place serves up tiny chicken wings. They also require a mask to enter their building. I don't feel bad for your current state of hypnosis. It's your own fault.
