My son and I enjoyed our hot summer day over a large cup of froyo from Menchie's.Menchies frozen yogurt is self served which means you choose your frozen yogurt flavors, fill your cup/bowl and add as many toppings as the dear lord will allow lolAs a health conscious parent, this is a fun alternative to ice cream. I love this option mostly because I can add fruit and superfoods to this nice cool treat.
This place is disgusting. People are reusing taste cups and literally scraping them off the yogurt dispenser and then doing it again. They were even doing it with the regular cups. The chocolate cake batter was completely runny. They ask for tips when they literally don’t do anything. We used to love it here, but finding it has gone downhill. If you could be more hygienic - there’s still a pandemic going on and even if not, gross.
My kids were very excited to get frozen yogurt. When we arrived there were 3 cashier hanging out by the register, which is no big issue until we walked around to get our yogurt. Topping area was not clean, no toppings had covers, we wanted mango and couldn’t grab some cause there was hair in it, and honestly going off the appearance of everything I didn’t feel I could trust eating out of it after it was replaced. The counter for toppings were all messy and spoons did not look cleaned for quite some time. Almost 40$ for 4 yogurts which wouldn’t have been an issue if the place was clean. Front door was full of hand prints, cashiers hanging out by register braiding each others hair instead of actually keeping store clean. Don’t know if I’ll ever return to this location.
I am a resident in the UK however, I visit Orlando at least once a year and every time I visit I MUST go to Menchie's. The staff are always so friendly and the flavours are incredible. Might I add that the toppings are next level delicious. I cannot wait to return.

VERY GOOD! Great variety of toppings! $0.61oz I love their Nutella Ice Cream ? and the spoons are super cute! Definitely a great treat for the kids or even a great reward for good grades!
We absolutely love Menchies, it’s my wife’s favorite. There were three employees talking by the register while the tables, floor and bathroom were incredibly dirty. My wife and I had to throughly clean a section for us to sit there. I asked her not to use the bathroom since she’s pregnant, as it was not well kept at all. I do believe hygiene should be a priority, especially during Covid times.
I went to menchies with my family, the manager Kyara I believe was very helpful. I wasn’t sure on what flavor to choose, I wanted to try something new. She told me some of her favorite flavors like the coconut which I got was super delicious. I don’t usually tip in self-serve places but I did this time lol. Would definitely come again great atmosphere.
