It's a shame that I commented on this, but it's not the first time it's happened to me at this place. In the happy meal you have the option of changing the pieces of apples for other small potatoes; Well, several times they don't add them, and today they didn't either and when I ask they tell me that they already put more than usual on it. crippling of potatoes that they are giving me, it is really a shame not only did they not give me the extra potatoes, they did not add them to the current bag and when I complained they told me that they could not do anything.
I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in over 11 years I only ended up with this one because I was driving time to East Coast to Florida, to the West Coast of Florida and there was a lot of bad weather and even worse traffic on I four. So, I knew I’d be sitting there a while and there was a McDonald’s just at the exit before the traffic really jammed upI only went to the drive-through and I got a milkshake and fries. The fries were cold and greasy. And they forgot to give me a stall for my milkshake. However it looks pretty clean at least for what I remember of a McDonald’s standard. I guess it’s good every once in a while to remind yourself of why you no longer do something or visit somewhere. I will say I’ve never seen a white exterior McDonald’s before so that was interesting
The food was good. The service was good. The reason we know that though was because we had to keep going back to the counter. First they didn't give us BBQ sauce, and no catchup, then we found they gave us one napkin with three meals.
The service its horrrible took forever to have our food, even though there where only three tables occupied thee whole restaurant was disgusting, the tables, the floor, there where flies. Horribleeee
McDonald’s lately lost all customer service experience, but this location is the WORST. A Latina worker was with a bad behavior because I was expressing that I ordered a burguer with extras and came without what I ordered, I found out when I got home… mistakes happens, but when you approach a customer, and you don’t want to listen and solve is when problem start.This lady should work in any other place that is not customer facing, She might want to apply in Animal kingdom
THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. Trash from previous people sat on multiple tables for over an hour (i came to study and eat so was here quite a while) gave me a stale pie sold after time printed on ticket, fries way too salty, waited over 45 minutes for 3 cookies. didn’t call my order number until my frappe was literally melted. wasn’t even very busy at this time. smh
This McDonald's is usually one of the best. Today was different. My drink was wrong so I took it back. I handed the lady at the window (regret not getting her name, but always rude) gave me attitude, refused to take my drink then called me rude because I poured the drink on the ground. I didn't want it left in my truck, no trash can outside to dispose of it, and she opted out...so the mgr replaced my drink but when I asked why they upcharged me kids meal drink they had 3 different reasons. Next issue... I finally get home to eat and I take my sandwich out and it's wrong! Tried calling... 3xs....no answer. This is ridiculous. So no lunch for me today. Irritated in Celebration
I come from a place in indiana where mcdonalds has 1 star. That store or those stores in my area are horrible. I have to tell you when visiting celebration mcdonalds store I noticed a very huge difference in service and reinstalled my confidence in the franchise as a whole. The service was great. They got all of the order correct and may have given an extra hashbrown or two ... thank you!
Visit this mcdonald's elderly lady work the register I ask for a medium black tea. Her response was I never herd of black tea she said she is 72 yrs old so I told her if I ask for a hot tea it could be any kind of tea green tea so I pull it up on goggle showed her she denys and don't want to look at it trying to educate her unbelievably pls have more educated people working the register sad.
I recieved my order, that was hot and fresh. That was not the problem. The problem lies in the receipt. The receipt says that if you go to their web site and rate them as highly satisfied you get a sandwich. REALLY MCDONALD'S YOU ARE TRYING TO BRIB PEOPLE FOR A GOOD REVIEW?
