This location is the WORTS I have ever visited. After a long wait on the drive-through, we had to get out and wait more than 15 extra minutes because the order was not complete. Once we got home and checked what they served: they messed up the orders, the fries were horrible (raw, stale), the burgers were not done the right way, and my fillet-O-fish was inedible. The bread was hard, the cheese was dry and covering just half the bun, and the fillet was literally "glued" to the cheese and bun. It was clear that is was done a long time before it was ordered. I wish I could post a picture of that disgrace. Safe to say my food ended up in the garbage. I called the restaurant, and as expected, they didn't answer. SHAME ON THIS LOCATION AND THE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wish Corporate would read this review, so they would know how the company's name, brand, and reputation is being dragged in the mud by the bad service they provide. SHAME!!!
Terrible! Just terrible. We live nearby and 3/5 times we go here something is wrong with our order: missing items, wrong items, and undercooked items. Not just gross, a public health threat. I’m sure because they’re close to the parks they rely on volume and not repeat business. But a surly staff who are angry at you when your order is wrong, is not cool. Go to Culver’s down 192! Good food, happy staff, and you can talk to a person and not just a screen.
My family and I went to get lunch and we’re directed to use the self serve kiosk that is not so much of a problem for most people but one of the people trying to place an order for herself and children is handicapped in the sense she has severe dyslexia and it is virtually impossible to use without assistance when she asked for help she got very angry and agitated. The person who came over was very unsympathetic to her troubles which just infuriated the customer more no one needs to explain to a McDonald’s manager that she cannot use the kiosk because she can’t read due to dyslexia if she were blind someone would have helped my point is that you never know what is a persons issue why make it impossible to order. All other McDonald’s in the area have a cashier you can order from why does this McDonald’s #6514 not have the same service wry dissatisfied.
Customer Service is something that is not a requisite to get a Manager position or Associate. Managers ignored me 100% while I was on counter register. They went to register to print tickets and not even looked at me. I thought I was invisible for a period of time. Then an associate showed up to tell me that I need to use Kiosk (However Kiosk wasn’t showing me a promotion that I wanted) but associate neither have the training to practice active listening and see why I came to counter.Recruiter you should be more aware of hiring and supervising teams…. Not returning never to this location.
Staff are lazy, rude and incompetent. Took them 10 minutes to acknowledge me standing there and took them a further 20 minutes to give me a mcchicken, restaurant wasn't busy either.Chicken was dry and cold, the hygiene behind the counter and in the kitchen looked awful too.Would help if they actually served you instead of standing around talking to each other.
Food was ok. The manager was special. All employees spoke Spanish while working which is OK if no one is within earshot. But the manager thought it was OK to speak about a customer in Spanish to another worker and the customer understood. He cursed her out and left. She basically set the tone for how all employees should engage around customers.
probably the worse mcdonalds on the planet, awful staff food not much better go up the road to burger king that was amazing
This is another terrible slow McDonald's in the Kissimmee area. I cannot believe how slow and inefficient they are. I will never uy from a McDonald's in Kissimmee ever again.
We don't like that you have to use the kiosks because the rewards NEVER work on it. However, this time Viviana knew exactly what to do and expediently helped us and cash in on our 20% off without having to type in our whole order again. The manager was great helping in all aspects, sorry I didn't get his name. Everyone, including David who held the door for us and the lady helping on the drive thru, were super friendly and while some were a little annoyed at waiting, they did a GREAT good job getting orders taken and out quickly. This place is usually busy after the parks close, but it's the one we usually choose because it's the customer service. Thank you! ??
Few issues with stock but were quick to offer alternatives and the food was good. Long queue in the drive through but very quick turnaround so don't be fooled. If you want a burger AVOID Burger King down the road (grim and staff don't know what they are doing) and come here.
