My burger and french fries were fresh. The french fries were not overly salted. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dining room and bathrooms are clean.
30 mins in the drive through queue & the usual inability to leave out pickles & onion. Marginally better than BK in that they had chicken available. Burgers seemed a bit overcooked yet all the food was quite cold though wrapping the stuff in colourful Izal (google it up) was never going to preserve heat. Bah.
I have never written a response this is a first bc the customer service here is horrible, their not even understaff. They gave me by food and just left without giving me my cups and left (a ginger guy) then I stand their for help and no one ask me if I need anything else or help. I then called one of the employees and the looked at me and ignored me. The only one who was helpful is a kind elderly lady who always ask if I need and have everything. This is not a first time it’s every time I go
The store was closed and the staff forces delivery partners to take drive thru that is packed with at least 25 cars. I called on the phone and asked to be handed the delivery through the door, which every other macdonald store does with delivery drivers, but the manager adamantly refused to make it easy for me and for my fellow delivery drivers. As a result of her careless attitude, everyone is wasting their time. I had to wait in line for more than 30min. The customer received cold food, and many orders were cancelled simply because the manager did not want to help facilitate the delivery process.
if this is the location by Old Town, they have the WORST guest service. They should retrain the ENTIRE store management and all. Try to reference Chuc FIL A or Starbucks to mirror their customer service skills.
Order wrong according to the special order sticker had mustard an onions only. I can't do ketchup allergic to red dye. I ordered mustard and onions only. I received ketchup and mustard on each sandwich and received an extra fry. I only ordered two. Staff was very friendly an courteous.
I had an order for 2 McGriddles and received one. I didn’t realize we only had 1 mcgriddle until after we went to walmart, so we went through the drive thru again and told them we only received one. Everyone was nice up until we got to the second window and i believe a female manager had came to look at our receipt. She was extremely rude and basically said it’s been 30 minutes, even tho we waited 10+ minutes in the line AFTER we order. She acted like we were just trying to get a free mcgriddle when that wasn’t the case! the 2 mcgriddles were almost $9, but i only received the 1 so obviously i’m gonna go back and get the second one. we were polite and she still had an awful attitude towards us. She has no right to be wearing the mcdonald’s tie!!
Everytime I come here without fail there is an issue. The female manager is incompetent and has an IQ below a 5th grader! I spent nearly an hour going back and forth with her to get her to comprehend something simple! After an hour I returned 15 minutes later after they messed up my order only after giving it 10x. She still messed it up. Her listening skills are horrible! Or her English isn’t great inside of which it is. I would say one thing and she would literally say the opposite or ask me a question that indicated she wasn’t listening.They are rude to top it off!
I honestly love McDonald's and never really had a problem except this McDonald's. On Google it says their 24/7 but they're not. I order food on the app and arrive there and they're closed. This has happened multiple times, very frustrating. Also when I do get my food something is always wrong with the order. One time I was missing a whole cheeseburger. I called the store just to let them know and the worker gave me attitude. Just everytime I go to this McDonald's theirs a problem.
An absolute nightmare! Ordered two chicken nugget happy meals some disgusting human being decided to put a chicken nugget box FULL OF ONIONS in one of my childrens happy meal! He instantly started to cry! I am appalled! Do BETTER!!
