This location continues to go down hill with poor customer service.Just called to order a breakfast item via phone to pick up in person. Reason: it was close to the breakfast cut-off time and although Im 5 minutes away, I tried to order ahead so I could pick up before 11am.The woman on the phone had a hard time communicating. She refused to take an order over the phone for pick up. Hmmm...Can't do it or just LAZY?!I've done this before when it's close to the menu changes/time of day with no problem.I use to go to this McDonald's location 2-3 times a day when $1.00 drinks were going strong. I've been going to this location since they opened (a few years ago) seen a huge shift in personnel and management, worst of all the attitudes of many (not all) staff members is like you are doing them a favor just showing up. You figure for $7/$9 to $15 minimum wage would be a boost to morale...oh well, glad I'm not holding my breath.This location is 5 minutes away and we drive out of the way (at times) to the Hunter's Creek location where service has been outstanding and consistent always.Lived in same area for over 20 years so this review is based on experiences since the Osceola/Dyer location was open.Someone higher up needs to do some housekeeping and some clean "outs" with some of these special employees.Hope someone with upper management, better yet corporate will look into this. Not just for me calling right before the cut off time at breakfast but it's the way in which people are spoken to, how things are handled by this location.Thank you, maybe a better review in the future will be earned by this location if they get it together.
It’s supposed to be FAST FOOD .. so why does it take 30+ minutes to get my food. Shame on you, corporate you have to address this, they bring shame to the Golden Arches it’s unbelievable how slow they are … ridiculous nonsense
stopped by for a potty break while driving around. the place was clean and inviting and quite full too. looks like they were doing everything fine.
They usually do a good job but if I wanted a small fry I would have ask for a small fry smh and the fries wasn't cooked all the way
What mess!!! Worst Mc Donald’s in the world!!! GM hire only teenagers, no adults in there, reason why drive thru long lines ALWAYS, wrong orders and complaints for everywhere. What nightmare!!! Just Run away !!!!

They have to update the open hours, always open late, 6:20 am and close
Lately always a disappointment. Very poor service. Mobile order placed, curbside 1st mistake 20mins wait quicker if gone thru the drive thru even with 9 , 10 cars in each line. Tea order wrong. You ask the employee if it's customized they say yes just to get on their way. Went in to have it corrected, waited more than 10 mins was told to step aside by a manager while I was waiting to have my drink brought back. When it came back it was the wrong size. They took it back. That whole visit took more than 35 mins. Ridiculous. Only good thing seems to be the rewards.
I was on my way to Disney and I thought I would grab some breakfast real quick at this McDonalds. It was only 10:25 so I knew they were still serving breakfast. As soon as approached the speaker I quickly made my breakfast order from the menu in front of me. The female worker told me they were no longer serving breakfast. I said it was not 10:30 yet and the breakfast menu is still up. She told me it’s management’s decision to not serve breakfast and she immediately changed the menu from breakfast to lunch. This was the most rude and disrespectful experience I’ve experienced in a while and I wouldn’t stop here to eat.
Always Good, but you have to park and wait for the food from 5 to 7 minutes. At least it's Hot and Fresh!
