I rarely come to eat-in, I usually use the drive-thru everyday, but this morning Cindy was working the front register and the dining room and she was great. Although it was super busy for breakfast she kept her cool, was pleasant and catered to every guest. Everyone at this location has always been great when I have received their service. Definitely need these employees at your other locations!! Keep up your great customer service?
The thinnest & dry meat ever. When told the manager he doesn't change and told me that it's the same as used for a big mac. For real??? I have pictures
The state hours are until 12AM yet every time I have gone late night 11:15pm or 1130pm they are closed. If that's the case, they should advertise courses at 1130pm and not make people waste their time.
VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!! EXTREMELY IRRITATING. THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDER YELLS “ OH MY GOSH” WHEN I ASK A QUESTION! EXTREMELY BAD BEHAVIOR! NOT TRAINED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT! HOW DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO MAKE YOU A DECENT (NOT SPIT ON ) FOOD. THIS BRANCH IS NOT A PLACE TO GO TO!!
It can be a hit or miss with this location. Some times they are quick and friendly. Other times they can be a bit slow but that could be due to staffing as everywhere else. My issues is they are not always accurate even when they repeat what your order was. They overall are not terrible but are normally far better during the day.
Went back because the first order was incorrect. And the second order was incorrect as well. Better check your food before you leave. I checked mine but after the first 3 I figured it was correct but I was wrong and a little disappointed. Make sure you check everything
This McDonalds is the WORST in the area!!! The food quality is terrible! The fries are always 1/2 way never to the capacity they are supposed to be filled. They are definitely holding food for way too long!!! Even when busy, which I don’t understand! Burgers are dry & the staff is careless when assembling the sandwiches. The staff is rude, the dining room is always a mess, they NEVER answer their phone, the Managers NEVER seem to be available!!!The General Manager of this place is clearly NOT doing their job MUCH LESS THEIR REGIONAL MANAGER…

Wish I could do zero stars. Picking up order through drive thru. They forgot the most expensive sandwich I ordered. Got home, realized it was missing. Called the store. It rang (and I'm not exaggerating) 20+ times. Then, some idiot picked up the phone and then hung up. Too many other places nearby to stop at. Wendy's, Popeye's, Taco Bell, KFC, Burger King and the list goes on. Tomorrow, I will contact the corporate office. Let's see if they answer the phone. This is our LAST time at this dumpster fire!!
The customer service is horrible...I waited 30 minutes for a drive thru order. I had to communicate my order 3 times to 4 different people. Please do better, it is not that complicated!!
