This is my second time here and I absolutely love it!!! The food is AMAZING and authentic Italian. All flavors just burst in your mouth almost leaving your taste buds addicted to it! I love, love love it here! The chefs and waiters are great! Michaela our waitress was so sweet and attentive to our needs. I so highly recommend this place.. I will for sure let everyone I know, know on my end to come here for real delicious authentic made Italian cuisine. I’m in love! ❤️
Don’t know what’s in the pizza sauce but it had a very bitter after taste. Also the cheese coagulated right away (indicative of cheese culture, rather than, good & fresh mozzarella) and the dough was extremely floppy and not cooked enough.One had one slice, and couldn’t finish it.I am from New York and I have to say, this is the worst pizza I’ve had in Florida.All of Florida.

Our waitress was lovely and the food was great! We had many leftovers and portion sizes were fantastic! Great service and good food.
Amazing food. Great variety, something for everyone. Good portions and great service. Priced reasonably. This is my second visit as I dont live close but always try and eat there when in Kissimmee. Highly recommend.
From the moment I stepped in the door I knew it was going to be fantastic. Mama Romano’s has everything you can ask for when you are feeling hungry for a taste of the old country. If you are from New York like me the pizza is just like home, and in Florida that’s hard to come by. The service was wonderful as well, Rebecca was attentive and very knowledgeable. So glad I found this place I will definitely be back with my family and friends in the future. Do yourself a favor and come check out Mama Romano’s!
The worst food experience I’ve ever had. I ordered Spicy Chicken and Pasta, and per the description on their website it is NOT breaded chicken but pan sautéed chicken. Instead I got fake breaded chicken that taste like cardboard in this pasta. And to top it off it’s literally nothing like the description, it states that there should be creamIn this and Parmesan cheese. Where is any of that??? I seriously want to vomit. What is this?????
The MR on Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee/Poinciana is a disappointment. I’d looked forward to the space formerly occupied by Beef O’ Brady’s to open. The staff does not follow pandemic protocol. Late Sunday afternoon, friends and I chose an outdoor table, as no staff member wore a mask or gloves. Unfortunately, the sun angel and 88ºF temperature forced us inside. The greasy chicken parmesan sat like a stone in my stomach. I brought half of the meal home, but decided not to eat it the next evening—a wasted $25. No way I’d pay $9 for a glass of house wine, so I had water. The server does not establish price or menu selections. I gave a 20% tip. Keep this in mind, if a restaurant does not provide quality food at a reasonable price it’s not the server’s fault. I simply will not make the same mistake again.
This is New York Pizza!! ? The second I walked into here I saw they had Sicilian slices and I was set. Ordered that and a meat lovers. Was not dissapointed at all. Their Sicilian was nice and fluffy just how a Sicilian should be. Their meat lovers was great and filled me up. Our waitress Karen was awesome. We Will be back.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE>>>RED FLAGS.First time here and I ask specifically to the two young host if the calamari comes with the tentacles and whole body parts as I don't eat that and would not proceed purchasing if that is the case, no problem. Well the ladies state not confidently that it does not come like that and it's just the rings. I asked twice just to confirm. If you don't know the answer find someone who does. Common sense right. Well I wait around 45 min and receive my food. I walk to my car and open it up to a bunch of clumped calamari that had all kinds of body parts attached to it. I was extremely irritated at this point because I asked specifically the right questions to wait and receive the opposite of what they said. This manager comes over names "Tammy" I believe on the receipt, an old white lady and proceeds to be a karen. She basically looked at me and kept nodding no, and saying "we don't choose the parts of it and it doesn't just come with rings". I told her that the ladies told me the opposite information. I then requested a refund and she says "Fine". And makes it appear as if this was my fault and my problem. Absolutely will never step foot in this place again with how they treat customers. I will give my loyalty to a place that respects and hold accountability when they make a mistake.
