This was the first time at a Logan's.When we walked in the staff were not friendly at all. I thought "oh no..."But, we got seated and our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly!She brought some rolls out. Oh mercy! They were like little fluffs of heaven.The food was delicious. Unfortunately, we were loving the rolls so much I forgot to get other pictures of the food. Ha!The one downfall is their little books with the receipt. The card holder is strange (laying sideways) and we forgot one of our cards. When I called they said "yep, 6 cards were left today already". LOL!I would definitely go back!
The food was ok. The ribs were fall off the bone witch was awsome but lacked flavor. The service was very slow. I thought I was gonna have to go find my check so I could pay. We are here on vacation, so it's one and done for us. Maybe it depends on who you get. Also found it weird they were out of hamburgers. But the food was decent but the slow service kinda messed up the entire visit. People next to us was getting iriated with the service also. Ohh and he's a pic of the onio rings. I thought they looked kinda bare and not very many for an appetizer. 2 adults 2 kids fyi incase anyone wondered. I will say this tho the draft beer was nice and cold.
Won't go again! I ordered DoorDash to my resort from here and my sons roll had a large string was hanging out of it! I called immediately to tell the restaurant and the only thing the manager Jose Martinez could say was "I don't know what that could be!" I told him I took pictures and he said he did not want to see them and still didn't know what it could be. He said to contact DoorDash...my kid can choke because of their food prep and call DoorDash?? Wow! Poor management!!

After a long day at Universal we were starving and couldn’t find a place to eat.The only restaurant that took us in (because we were 14) was Logan’s Roadhouse. The staff was super nice. Julio took great care of us and was really nice. Everyone that came to our table was really nice as well. This was our first time eating here and definitely will not be the last. Food was great. Thank you for singing happy birthday to my niece!! You guys rock!!
Worst experience ever. We waited forever for a sever while others around us who were just sitting down were taken care of. A server finally realized we had been sitting there forever and came to take our order while the others just looked at us. We will not be back and do not suggest this restaurant to anybody.
Dinner for 2 please!Well worth the extra wait! The food was great! And came out hot. Steak cooked as requested! The only that could have made the whole dinner slap even harder, is the icing on my huge moist cinnamon buns! ? They were delicious either way. Not bad at all for takeout.The cooks definitely understood the assignment ??
When we visited in 2016, we had an amazing meal so when we came back, we made this our first stop when leaving the airport. This time was not good. We were there a total of 2 hours, a lot of which was sitting around waiting for our waitress to "be right back". The wings that were so good 6 years ago were under-seasoned and under-sauced this time, plus badly burnt in spots. My entree was missing a side but the worse situation was my wife's steak and shrimp. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but was definitely medium with leanings towards well done. The shrimp were not seasoned and all but one were overcooked and dried out. The one that was not dry, was completely raw. I think the best thing that could be said for this meal was that the kids meal was unremarkable.
