Went with a party of 14, requested a private room in advance and they placed two different groups in the same area, the waitress was kind enough to accommodate our request to move, the complimentary garlic bread was great but they served 4 pieces to our table and then charged us when we asked for more, the stuffed shells came with only 3 shells and the cheese ravioli came with 5 raviolis. For the price we definitely expected more than that. The dessert options were lacking and the cheesecake wasn’t good. The food was just okay. We wouldn’t recommend or return.
If you want good Italian food, then go to Little Italy in Kissimmee, FL. My wife ha Pollo Piccata while I had Pollo Alla Marsala. I tried her meal; the chicken was very tender, lemony, and very tasty. My meal was really good; the Marsala sauce was very nice, the mushrooms very tender, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Leah, our server, was very attentive but not overbearing. Definitely recommend.
We've been going to this place for 9 yrs since we've moved to FL from NJ. The past year or so they hired a hostess. She has to be the rudest person I've ever encountered...and I'm from JERSEY!! WE visit often or order take at least 3 x month. So we visited Saturday June 25th. There was 2 other parties in front of us....she was rude and they walked out. I went to give my name and told her we'd be sitting at the bar. She said ver batem...."let me just say this to you... can sit there he is very overwhelmed .....you may get served...you may not. I was in complete shock. I have NEVER been to a restaurant and informed I may or may not get service!!! I then said...I am sorry did you just say I may not get service?? People waiting were shocked!!! She said yes that what I said.... she said if you don't like go onine and post a comment. Needless to say we will NOT BE going back!!....and 2 other parties walked out. Save ur money and time. Go next door to Kobe...GREAT SERVICE WITH A SMILE EVEN WHEN BUSY! And Little Italy...fired that nasty waste of space!!!! She costed you hundreds of dollar tonight...and much more in the future. I have always recommend this place to out of towners.I will definitely NOT be recommending business going forward.
Not bad, but not great Italian food. A bit over priced for what you get.
I’m from Cleveland, Ohio (lots of Italian restaurants) and this was by far the best Italian food I have EVER had. The flavor and cheeses were AMAZING. We had the ravioli and stuffed shells and this was so delicious, I can’t possibly describe it.Not to mention, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I recommend this x10000. You won’t be disappointed.
On vacation stayed at Parkway vacation village , Little Italy is a diamond in the rough , great menu , excellent food great service , great atmosphere , great price …..but Mario the bartender/ manager is spot on , ask something he knows , we went back again just hoping to see him ….. This little quiet gem is fantastic... besides the owner flirting w me like a typical traditional Italian. He was personable brought me memories from Italians in New York and the food. The food is fantastic the hot bread w the butter is making me drive back over to have another meal. The linguine w clams amazing. Regardless I totes need to take the 2 hours drive to indulge in this pleasantness. Owner was so amazing that since we were visiting my card was blocked by bank, I couldn't figure out. Nice place, I think I was the youngest person in there! Lot of older folks, well dressed and behaved of course. Nice setting! Food was very good, typical too large of servings! Good table bread, Servers almost ran! Only disappointment was the hostess. She acted like she was doing people a favor by seating them! HUGE mistake show some grace! And the cardinal sin..... she was taking phone calls, over seating cash carrying customers standing in front of her! Answer the phone in the back of the house or let it ring! NEVER disrespect people that have already shown at your door with money to spend to tell someone on the phone about the menu or directions, when they may never even show. Customer service 101! The food, atmosphere and service outweighed her lack of professionalism to retain the 5 stars they deserve.
My husband daughter and I came upon this restaurant this evening. The service was amazing and the food was amazing. The garlic bread that they give you is out of this world. We also got the calamari and my 11-year-old daughter ate the whole thing except for three pieces. I got the pasta fajioli soup and hubby got the house salad. For the main course, my husband and daughter both got the Chicken parm. I got the Veal Marsala. Everything was phenomenal. Our waitress, Virginia was amazing, she went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. The manager “D” was also amazing. We will be going back many times in the near future!
