Big Shoutout to the new store on Alafaya! We had a issue with our debit card. We was told the first time it didn’t go thru so we swiped again and was charged accordingly. The next day I noticed both charges went through. I thought after it posted since it was still “pending” that the first charge would wipe out and be refunded into my account but both charges stuck. 4 days later when it “cleared” I went to the store and and explained to the manager and owner. Without hesitation he said no problem, went into the register and gave me $60. Thank you, and can’t wait to eat there again!
I normally get a granja bowl Togo, I decided to eat inside. The size of the bowl eating inside was 1/2 of the Togo bowl. I don't understand that if I'm paying the same price why the serving size is cut in half. Bad service, would not recommend

Rude arrogant staff, Terrible customer service
Great food however I'll let you know what is not good, one the dessert is the tres leche and cuatro leche not good, and the Lomo saltado need more seasoning and less soup like the garlic sauce no good and seems like the churrasco is not the churrasco cut its delicious but it's not really a churrasco cut however it is very really good overall

La comida es buena, el precio razonable en algunas cosas y en otras no tanto, el servicio malísimo son bien lentos por el servi-carro el tiempo de espera son de 20-30 minutos y si hay mas carros antes que tu horrible, son muy descuidados, antes de irte del establecimiento verifica la comida! Generalmente te sirven lo que no es ó siempre falta algo de tu orden, me ha pasado en 3 ocasiones.
