Received an offer email for dozen doughnuts while on vacation. I stopped by and grabbed 2 dozen. You can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme doughnuts. With the rewards and email offers stop by and get yourself a sweet treat!
We went to this Krispy Kreme location and we had such a great experience! Johnisha was handling the counter when we came in… She assisted us & explained all the offers & specials. She was so friendly, she had a great smile and a positive attitude. Johnisha is a wonderful person and an asset to your store! We will definitely be back!!
Always the best, soft and fluffy. Got there just in time before closing. Mmmmmmm enjoy.
Honestly love there donuts but today I had a very rude encounter trying to use a public coupon that’s is available to everyone and was told I was unable to use it unless I had my rewards account. The employee yelled at me multiple times saying I couldn’t use my coupon until another employee stepped in and said that I could because it’s a Mother’s Day special. Overall I feel very poorly treated by this employer and felt this should be brought to management attention!!!
It may have been a one off occurrence, but Krispy Kreme with no donuts is kind of a let down. Update - mobile ordering was much more successful at this location, plus the added benefit of a free dozen with our online order. The wait was a bit lengthy for pickup at the lobby is closed, but certainly worth the wait for some hot and fresh KK.
Always delicious!! We got a frozen latte, hot latte, and of course donuts. I had to leave a review though because the customer service was excellent. It’s hard in todays world to find a good employee with good customer service. She was very nice and didn’t rush us or make us feel like we were a burden. Most places these days want you in and out and just have an annoyed demeanor when waiting on customers. I believe her name was fernanda, I could be wrong. The restaurant was super clean and everything was delicious—but I came more to rate the customer service experience as it was impeccable.
Not good for kids on our trip. We showed up with kids early in the morning to watch the donuts being made and despite at least 3 people working inside the lobby was closed. Disappointing compared to other locations we have been to.Drive through donuts were good as always but disappointed they weren’t hot and fresh early in the morning.

Thank god for the donuts, but the service here was abysmal...must've stood there for 1 dozen glazed for 10 mins, and the place wasnt slammed...anyway, I order 4 lg coffees, and the lady checks the filter and starts to make more...what...the...he--. I told her to canx the coffee, and started making excuses, we are so busy, not enough employees, etc...i get it.The guy in front if me said, you missed the half of it...they were all just fighting!"?
The sign clearly posted the retail was open until ten but both doors were locked and 6 employees stood there and looked at me like I was crazy. No where was it posted the retail was closed. One girl even rolled her eyes as she walked past me. I was only trying to pick up donuts for my unit at the hospital on my way in - stood there scrubs and all. Guess I’m on my way to Dunkin’ !
