We visit every time we come to Florida, and cannot drive past if the red light is on! Fresh off the line original glazed are insane!
The food is fine. It's the staff. They acted like children. Fought for 10 minutes about who messed up a simple order. Threw things in a tantrum. This tantrum occupied the entire staff while customers were waiting in line. Not cool.
Donuts were really good. We had to remind the drive thru person about our drinks. It took around 10 minutes to get through the drive thru.

I joked and called the hot donuts a "hardy" breakfast. Not much taste better than a hot fresh donut and cold milk, sinful fun. P.S. don't tell my doctor lol.
Love the fresh doughnuts, and with theor coupons such a great deal. And the se one day if you warm them 11 seconds in the microwave they taste fresh again.
2nd time I’ve come to this location past the time for their hot now according to their website. Not only was I told it would be a 45 minute wait for hot now, they didn't even have any cold glazed donuts. I’m local guess I’m gonna have to quit this place.
Donuts are great, but the staff needs replacing. They obviously didn't care; we waited and waited, and staff saw us and chose to ignore us. When we finally got served the guy in the drive, they had to finish his line and help us while we watched one guy who was right there play with the boxes and stuff instead of trying to service customers. The other staff from the back working on donuts had to come help. The only other guy was manning the coffee station like his life depended on it. He wouldn't leave there for anything. The only reason they got 2 stars was the donuts.
Enjoyed it, but it seemed like the amount of sugar on the donuts was excessive... Way more than usual. We normally go to the Winter Park location. It seems like the flow level was on full blast. These were actually the worst Krispy Kreme donuts I ever had. MORE sugar is NOT better
Gotta love Krispy Kreme's donuts. You can never go wrong with a Boston creme ?. I especially love their service especially when the hot light is on and I can definitely get the donuts when I want and hot as well. The last time I was there I had some great service, especially when it came to getting the order ready and making small talk as that was going on ?. I was actually on vacation with my family and I'd day the location was mostly based on the restaurants around, including yours truly. It just made it better when the cashier gave me my money back in my hand: when it comes to that I am especially focused on respect ?. Overall I will definitely be coming back the next time ??. I just love food and I can't help but travel different areas to find more and more places to eat different types of foods ?. I was actually thinking about getting a job here, because this place might actually give me type 2 diabetes with the amount that I eat every time I have it ?. They have the perfect location especially for traffic, like if I'm on my way back from a long day, this'll definitely be one of the places I'll stop at before making my way home ?. I hope this place stays around so that I can continue to have a solid place to get sweets when I decide to visit each time.
