I go out of my way to come here because they seem to be the only restaurant in Florida that cares about good customer service. Food is always good, never had them mess up my order. Plus KFC is one of the last places with enough common sense to serve ❤️Pepsi❤️ instead of ghetto, nasty Coke. I seriously love you guys, thank you!
Worst place ever, they make you wait for them to cook your chicken 25 minutes, I can honestly say it's as if they don't want you to eat from there. Which fast food place is fry to order especially a KFC
I had ordered chicken fingers with mash pot and mac n cheese and i actually got chicken fingers and french fries that is stale and cole stale, drink was flat ,my other order was 3 pcs chicken with mac n cheese and mash pot actually got chicken cold slaw what they do not pay any attention on precise orderingNeeds alot of help
One of the worst KFC restaurants ever. They have you sitting at drive through for about 15 to 20 minutes before anybody even comes over the speaker to speak to you. Second time this has happened. The first time was on 6-3-22 there were so many cars in drive thru and a lot in the dining area and for about 25 minutes we didn’t move or no one came out of the restaurant with any food
I DO NOT EXPECT KFC WORKERS TO HAVE A HIGH I.Q., HOWEVER, HOW THE HELL DO YOU CONFUSE GRILLED CHICKEN WITH CRISPY CHICKEN ? COLD BISCIUTS , AND NO HOT SAUCE UPON REQUESTING IT? PEOPLE ARE VERY SLOW DOWN HERE COMPARED TO NEW YORK.
The new Manager was great and very helpful. We had a huge order and had us ready to go in 15 minute. Thank you.
Crowded but that's ok, they were busy. They were kind and took care of my family meal in order. However some people warrant as patient as I was asked for their money back etc. Problem was they ran out of 5 or 6 items because it was so busy but that happens from time to time.
Many seats were available, but not clean. It was not very pleasant. Also, the chicken pieces in the bucket were still attached to each other, difficult to learn how many of the 12pc we really got.
Takes forever in drive thru and when you go in food isn't all that chicken too salty also hardly no gravy on mash potato and cole slaw lil old tasting
Terrible service made me wait at the drive through order place for 10 minutes! I drive by the window and 3 people standing around the register with a "go away face" crazy how big companies hire people like that
