Very greasy and the crust is not cooked or crunchy! after we had to wait apparently they took it out ahead of time and delivered it like this! I do not recommend Kentucky very expensive for the quality of the chicken. I won't pay a dime more at Kentucky Fried Chicken
Store says they close at 11 pm got there at 10:25 and they said they were closed. Very rude as well… they should update their hours so people don't waste there time driving there just to be told they can’t be served.
I don't if the employees at this location are straight up stupid but I'm pretty sure they are. They are always messing up my order. Whether it's forgetting to add food like the fries or the paper plates. How hard is it to read an order? If you go to this location, be prepared to deal with stupidity and laziness. Plus this location is always busy. So maybe the management can do something about the accuracy and speed of the orders, but I doubt they will.
I just went through drive thur, and they didn't give me gravy for the 2 mashed potatoes I ordered. I called the number on the receipt to ask if I could come by tomorrow to pick the gravy, and no one answered. Biscuits needed to be cooked a little more. Real doughy.
I wanted to change something in my order and add more chicken. The boy at the window said he is not allowed to change the order at the window. I never heard of anything like that. They always adjust my order if I want to add anything I want later at any fast food or restaurant. Then he forgets my large fries that comes with my order. I had to drive back all the way to get it. He didn't apologize or try to make it up for me for all the trouble I went though because of his ignorance.Bad service at this location.
I used the online order system and thank goodness I did! This location is extremely busy, just a forewarning.The busy bees in the back got my order out in good time and the food was hot and fresh. This will be my go-to KFC henceforth, but only with orders ahead of time at night. ?
Chicken had a weird taste to it, like reheated old and soggy. Wedges no longer served. Fruit Punch tasted like sugary soap water , and for a few minutes we were left with the business for ourselves since the whole crew had vanished and was nowhere to be seen ? ?
The pickup order option was made to make your experience easier and faster, that was definitely not the case. I was instructed to park in a designated parking spot and pick up my order inside. When I got there I was told I had to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. The line was extremely long but I waited. Once I got to the window I was told my order was not ready and to park and wait. I ended up waiting for an hour after I placed my order and when I did get it the chicken was almost completely skinless and the fries weren’t filled up all the way. If you’re thinking about using the online pick up order option I wouldn’t recommend it, they’ll push it to the lowest priority.
Why is it every time I order a kFC famous bowl they never give me gravy. Where is the gravy???? I really do hate this location… not KFC… just this location is always terrible. So if you go just double check your food before you leave. They always get it wrong! So awful
Check your bag always. I ordered two big box chicken sandwiches and me blindly trusting them, did not check the order and I get home and everything is there except for 1 whole sandwich. Thanks guys
