Staff sits around doing nothing for hours and closes 2 hours early. Absolutly rediculous
Went here to get some food after a long evening, and the sign on the drive-thru said the drive-thru closes at 11:00. We drove up at 10:10, and got an automated message telling us to come back during normal business hours. We had also been behind two other cars that were able to place orders right before us! I called the store and asked the guy who answered what the deal was, and he said they closed down the fryer and all they could give us was nacho chips and drinks. When I asked him why they closed early, he said, "we just did."Ridiculous!
Always nice pleasant people and great food can get from taco bell and kfc
They give me olf fried chiken and the smallest chicken ever and it was serve by the manager 9$ plust tax for this is a joke

Sad to say as a Uber driver they made me wait in drivethrew when the store is supposed to be open they closed early the door it self say open until 11 sit say open to 10 waistibg my time and holding me back when line is 15-20 long they need a serious waking here by corporate it was only 9:30
I had not eaten Kentucky Fried chicken in 4 years. Saw frequent advertisements on TV for a new chicken sandwich and decided to try it. I went into this location and ordered to take out. Their focus was on serving the drive through. After ordering and waiting about 20 minutes I got my order. Six tiny chicken strips and a sandwich meal - $20. The chicken is tasteless and it is the worse food that I had for a long, long time. That experience reminded me why I don't go to Kentucky Fried. Lousy service and tasteless food.
I would give the a negative 300 if I could……. I called after I placed the order online to ask how long before the order would be ready. I spoke to a young Latino male who said it’s ready now. Took me 5 mins to get to the store only to find out the lobby doors were closed at 6pm and I had to go thru the drive-thru only only to be told there was no more chicken to make my order. I told the same young man I spoke to on the phone, it was an online order and I spoke to him and he said to come on down it was ready. He called me a lair, said he never answered the phone. Never got my food, rude customer service and $75 dollars charged to my card right before the holidays. Thanks KFC but that’s it for this customer, I would not be returning. I will dispute the charges with my bank.
