We are only here in Kissimmee for a week and decided to stop by on the way home for dinner. We ended up ordering one of the family meals. Didn't check the order before leaving.(My bad) And we got home and realized they didn't give us any gravy ! Any KFC meal without their gravy was such a disappointment. How can you not add gravy with any full bucket meal ! I Shouldn't have to check to make sure all the correct stuff is in the bag. It's their JOB!! Four thumbs down ????
I never felt so mistreated in my life. We arrived at 9:30PM, and it closed at 10PM. they asked us to leave. I asked them not to treat me badly, and they started treating me worse. complete outrage.

Went to get an order of beyond vegan nuggets. To my surprise the vegan nuggets are discontinued. I am very disappointed ☹️. I really liked them! Their employees are nice and fast though.
The ONLY KFC that I've gone to that doesn't sell pot pie. Next thing you know they will not sell chicken
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with large fries. Spicy chicken was pretty small, not crispy, and only came with a small amount of sauce. According to the image I should have gotten pickles, mayonnaise, and their special sauce with it.The fries were half way filled. I wasn't expecting over flowing fries but at least have them filled towards the top, especially with how expensive they were.I was really disappointed since this was my first kfc meal in over 2 years. I was curious to see if they've gotten better but all I got was disappointment.I'm hoping my experience was location specific, this location isn't worth it.
Drive-thru experience was awesome really good food you get what you ask for the whole process was nice and easy smooth detail oriented people with really good food for sale.
This KFC location doesnt like to serve clients close to closing. They said tonight that they only have chicken on the bone left. They dont have any sides or anything else. They don't even close for another hour.
Got a chicken bowl. Chicken was chewy and they forgot my drink. Took 15 mins to drive back around to get it.
The employees were nice here and the food was great. I also like the fact that I could sit down and eat a meal.
