Excellent everything! Best pizza I have ever tasted. Mixed kabob is delicious. Service is extraordinary. If in Disney area starving, this is the place to eat.
First of all, I called twice to order and was hung up on. So I tried to order online but the site wasn’t working so I tried to call in again and the lady proceed to take my order but she kept talking to someone else as I was talking. So I had to keep repeating myself. I gave up and just went to the restaurant. When I got there, the same voice from the phone didn’t greet me or say anything. While I was standing at the counter, she answered a FaceTime call and proceeded to talk to caller as I was ordering. I stopped to allow her to finish her call, however she said it was ok for me to continue ordering while she kept looking at her phone. I should have walked out but it was late and my family and I were hungry. When I got my food, I was told that I was “given” fries with my 10 pieces and wings order since they don’t come with it by some other woman. I told her I order the 10 piece wings and fries from the menu and fries are included. She started arguing with the rude phone lady in Arabic about my “extra” fries. I understand a little of the convo. They weren’t giving me anything that I didn't order. They were extremely rude and I would NEVER go back and I suggest no one eat there. On top of all that, the food wasn’t even good. The place wasn’t very mediocre.
Ordered food at 4:26pm. Was told it would take at least an hour due to it being a high traffic area. Cool. Understandable. 5:45pm comes around I call the restaurant to check on the status of my order the lady was not really rude but wouldn't let me get a word in and said that it would only be a few more minutes that the driver was close. 6:20pm. The food finally arrived after another call was placed to the restaurant. The food was cold and quiet frankly not worth the price.

Tried to order through their website. Two different (small) discount codes were listed to us and neither worked. That didn't end up mattering, since after ordering one of their 'specials' through THEIR webpage I received a call 15 minutes later saying that they don't offer specials anymore and they refunded my payment. We tried calling several times before that (no answer, sent to a full voicemail after 3 rings) which could have solved this problem up-front if they had answered ever. How they're in business looking at these reviews is a complete mystery to me.
Would love to give a review of the food, however, we never received our order. We chose this place because the flyer was in the directory at the resort that we stayed. Did an online order for pizza and dessert for a total of $30.83, which included a $3.99 delivery charge. We waited 1 1/2 hours then tried (several times) calling the number from my confirmation email. Each time a recording came on stating "voicemail full". My credit card was charged for the food that we never received - very disappointing!
Great kabobs with friendly service. We happened to see it as we were driving past and decided to to take a chance. We got the dinner for two--which ended up feeding three of us--and and order of halal chicken strips for our eight-year-old. We enjoyed everything, and I am pretty sure he'll be raving about the chicken for days. Definitely adding it to our Orlando takeout rotation.
I would rate less stars if i could. I placed an order at 820, which was confirmed, wait an hour and a half for what should be a speedy delivery of a pizza, wings, and a pasta. I call multiple times, no answer(10 minute hold times), i pull up almost 2 hours later to find they had closed over 3.5 hours earlier than posted! What kind of service is this? I would recomend going somewhere that can actually keep business hours updated, or at least pick up a phone.
DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE TAKE THE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. Food was tasteless and prices are very high as per taste. One shawarma platter costs $18.99 and it comes with small quantity of rice and chicken. We literally feel that our hard earned money got wasted. Not going to visit this place again.
CORRECTION 0 STARS!!!!This is the “hummus” they sent to my house through door dash. This looks so unsafe to eat. The smell was awful. The gyro meet was too think and dry as well. These people should be ashamed of themselves for providing such a disgraceful service.Why would anyone open a restaurant, create a name for themselves just to go ruin their reputation by providing food like this to customers?My advice Go Back to the drawing board guys… Fire and hire if you have to…Come up with a plan to make sure this doesn’t happen again! Do better!
