Was excited to see it when I was looking for something to eat in an area that I've never been to before. Haven't seen one since moving down here almost 20 years ago.But it's nothing like I experienced back home in Boston.Slow service, kinda expensive for an average, OK burger. And they screwed up the order! Don't think I'll go back.
Be warned- Parties of 5 or more will be changed an 18% service fee. This fee is not disclosed to the customer prior to receiving the check. The manager is aware and has no plans on displaying the service fee for customers prior to receiving the check.
Dont waste your money, very expensive! 2 burgers and fries with 2 milkshakes cost $50!! And the food was basically the same as wendys as you can see from the picture. Very disappointing and far too expensive for what it is!
We visited Johnny Rockets in Kissimmee after a long flight to Florida. First time being here. My wife ordered the Single Rocket with sweet potato fries and I ordered the Double Rocket with cheesy fries. Both burgers were outstanding and the fries were great. Only 4 stars due to atmosphere as the music was quite loud and the acoustics echoed. Our server was attentive and friendly.
After a visit to the movie theater next door we decide to have dinner at this local burger place. We walked in and was seated across the restaurant away from everyone. As we sat there waiting for them to finish with everyone else not one person asked if we want anything to drink, to order nothing. Now people (employees and manager) all kept looking at us like who is going to serve them (we were the only brown people in the place). So after sitting for 15mins we decided to walk out. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. NEVER EVER WILL WE VISIT. BUT I am sure this place won't care at all.
I just finished eating at this place, which I have done many times before. I order my burger and I has a long hair inside the meat. The polite waiter sees it and begins to apologize and states he will get the manager. The manager never comes ut instead the waiter comes and says the manager will take off the burger. I had to pay for my fries and drink. Very poor management.
As we came inside to dine around lunch time, I needed to use the ladies room. It was occupied at the moment so I stood in the hall waiting for my turn. To my very surprise a male server he was of Hispanic decent very large man around 6’2” 250-300 lbs facial hair comes out of the women's rest room. He stunk it up so badly I had to hold my breath I almost lost my appetite. He didn’t wash his hands how I know this is because the water didn’t run and the sink was dry and he didn’t walk out of the rest room drying his hands with a paper towel. So unappealing on a side note the mens room was available. This very well could be the last visit for us. We’re locals and I love the food but seeing a big MAN coming out of the ladies room after taking a bowel movement was gross and should not be allowed!! Customers should see staff exiting the rest room with wet hands and a paper towel in your hands drying them. I’m in the hospitality industry and this is a fact that all staff are required to do. Our server and lunch 5 stars!! Nasty man server 0!!
Good burgers, really good Sweet potato fries! They have shakes too. Good old music, neat atmosphere.
We love Johnny rockets but now I may need to go elsewhere for a burger. We visited on feb 6th I needed to use the ladies room it was occupied so I wanted in the hall for my turn. I was shocked and speechless to see a Nasty huge male server of Hispanic decent 6’2 250-300 pounds facial hair came out of the women’s rest room he didn’t wash his hands and he took a bowel movement stunk it up I lost my appetite!!! How I know that he didn’t wash his hands is that the sink was dry no bubbles….I didn’t hear the water run. This is how cross contamination happens and people become Ill from fecal matter!!! That server needs to first use the mens room and practice good hygiene.
Went to Johnny Rockets at the Loop today with the whole family, there were 10 of us and I really must say that the service and food were great ?I personally had not been to a Johnny Rockets in YEARS so I really didn't know what to expect but we were in the mood for burgers and milkshakes so figured we would give it a try.And it was the best decision we made because everything was great and our Server was awesome. Most importantly the Food was really good.If there's a negative it would be that they don't have combo's which means you have to pay for everything a la carte.Still...overall everything tasted great and everyone was happy
