UPDATE: One of the best breakfast places and Abdul Ibrahim was the best.Second again: The food was great with quick and friendly service. What else can you ask for. Attempted to take some good pictures but didn't want to distract and respect other people privacy while guests enjoy their meal.Thank you Davina.
Great place, IHOP always satisfies me, well served, good prices and great food always.
If you're truly looking for advice I'd recommend any place but here! Haven't had anything enjoyable at this location in a good 5+years.. maybe new owner ? Who knows but anything more than plain pancakes you're taking a risk and I say to that is 'may the force be with you jedi'
Service at this location excellent but food just ok. I asked for over medium eggs and they were runny and sausage wasn't cooked well. They were probably just busy. Place was busy so I felt food was probably cooked in a rush and tasted like it. Pancakes were dry too
It was a short wait time to be an IHOP. We just waited for 10 minutes before getting seated. The staff was friendly and the food delicious
We are here at 1715 West Vine street kissimmee we got the kindness server he name is Davina, great service. She’s at the counter getting our food and we hear the cook just start yelling Her and pointing his fingers in her face the poor women was in tears. What a sad thing to witness. She was the only server on duties and there was a half dozen customers. I had no idea people where allowed to treat there employees that way is this still America I have to hand it to her she just keep on waiting on customers with tears in her eyes
IHOP is amazing, really good food, really filling and amazingly quick service. Our server was focused on our needs at all times. Always keeping us topped up with coffee. Went for breakfast and kept us full for most of the day.
It's a small place so it'll be a bit cramped on a busy day. The wait was OK. Food came out at different times, but it all tasted good. Very nice waitress.
Excellent Breakfast. The brisket is fantastic!! If you go, try the brisket on the biscuit with eggs and cheese first. We went on a Sunday morning, sat on the covered patio, listened to classic rock and watched people go by in the park while sipping on a hearty cup of coffee.
The last two times ( in 10 days) we went to eat here our toast did not arrive with our meal. Many minutes later the toast arrived. Meantime the food got cold. The last time people waited a long time to get their pancakes while we waited for our toast. Not the waitress’s fault. Not acceptable. I wanted to walk out but hubby didn’t.
