Large selection, friendly staff

Absolutely disgusting… if I wasn’t with family I would have walked out… $61 for 2 adults and 2 children and hopefully none of us are sick tonight…

Great food & Service … With a SMILE !!! ;)~ ?

Very disappointing! We went here based on the 3.9 Star Rating. There is a good variety of food, but it all tastes very bland/boring. The hot and sour soup was the worst I've ever tasted. The sushi was acceptable, but the clams, sauteed shrimp, coconut shrimp and fish were all just barely okay. After a while everything started to taste the same and I started to feel bloated. The custard pudding was very good and the best part of the meal. Don't waste your money here.

I've traveled all 50 states of these beautiful United States and have eaten at some incredibly good and also some not five star Chinese food buffets but this is the absolute Chinese Buffet (in my opinion) I've ever been to. We are in a Covid19 situation and signs in the restaurant state that tables are sanitized after each use. This is what I actually witnessed--the "server" takes your drink orders and I then saw her (using the same blue latex gloves) sweep the floor and use a dirty rag on several tables with no cleaning / sanitizing spray AT ALL! The foods were almost tasteless--worst hot/sour soup ever-- it tasted vinegary. The foods appeared and tasted very dry--my spouse had to ask for recently cooked chicken on stick because the three out there appeared to have been there several hours. Foods appeared to be left out for hours and most were tasteless. The general chos chicken and spring rolls were decent but that's about it. Other selections were tasteless -- the boneless spare ribs were as hard a leather; the lo mein was cold, the fishtasted as if it were put out a long time before. The labels above many of the food trays didn't match with what was actually below them but having been to Chinese buffets from New York to Hawaii and even in Alaska and throughout Canada--(one in Victoria BC had been the worst but did not warrant a bad review--it was just very small for the monies paid) I could usually guess what each tray contained. So, if you like tables that may or may not be cleaned with a dirty rag by the same server that brings your eating utensils and sweeps the floors, food that appears unsavory, and bad service--when we asked where the napkins were--the skinny young server inserted her fingers (the same ones that had latex gloves on them which touched a dirty rag she used to clean our table) into the napkin dispenser -- almost up to her knuckles -- and barely pulled one out -- I was able to open it myself and get some that were only down at the bottom and did not dispense. I have never written a review of any place that to us appeared to be as terrible as this was. I only hope the board of health reads this and takes a look at this place too.

Clean joint. Staff nice. Food gross… not much to choose from and food has no taste. Not worth what I spent for my family. Needs to be a $5 buffet. My kids love to eat and they was not happy with the food they ate. The ice cream was only thing worth going for.

Some of the food was great some tasted like it sat out all day and dried out. The noodles and Mac and cheese were good as well as their spring rolls. Stand clear of the mini crabs, the inside was very mushy. It was 15.99$ per person for the buffet. So glad their water didn't taste like trap water!

We visited Ichiban for the first time this past Wednesday evening. The tile floor was like a greasy skating rink and we had to hold up our 86 year old grandmother as she walked around to try and get her food. The sushi was delicious, but the rest of the food in the buffets were old and some of it was not even kept to temperature. It was disappointing to have a large party(150.00 bill) and have such a poor experience. Many of the employees were sitting behind the hibachi area on their cell phones. If we visit Orlando in the future, Ichiban will not be on our list of places to return.

I was not impressed. Some food was cold and stuff like the pizza was sitting and dried out. Carpet need replacing. The ice cream was mushy too. High priced..I won't be coming back.

Wide variety of options, along with hibachi grill. They could be more organized with placement of items. Food was good for the most part. I enjoyed everything I chose, but some people at my table didn’t like some of the foods they chose. Overall good place to bring family for a variety of food options
