Absolutely beautiful!! The resort itself has a lot of amenities and attractions for the whole family. From the water parks, restaurants, spa, and convention center. There is always something to do!! Location is perfect near the Disney Parks (just down the road), Old Town (down the road), and Universal (20 minutes drive). Restaurants are pricey as expected in tourists areas but the food is tasty! There are also many options near by for outside dining.
I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!!! I'm definitely returning very soon. The staff is amazing and their service is impeccable.
Beautiful resort. Friendly staff.
From the moment we stepped into reception with stellar customer service at check-in from the very competent and kind Misty. Our company was working in the convention rooms and the banquet manager was always there meeting every need that we had and taking care of us . Any employee working on the property was kind and welcoming and warm and helpful. I travel for business with my company every single week throughout the United States for 6 1/2 months a year and this was the best experience I have ever had. The rooms are stunning, clean, the amenities on this property go above and beyond your expectations. Definitely one of the happiest places on earth.
Beautiful hotel with nice outdoor amenities, a few restaurants and indoor ‘scenery’. All of the staff were polite and prompt when needed, and the food we overall quite good (aside from the egg sandwiches at the coffee shop). A perfect place to stay for some down time, or if you’re going to visit Disney as they have a shuttle available. Overall a great experience, recommended.
Beautiful property!!! The glass hotel atrium was so beautiful. There is an indoor garden with live baby gators. So peaceful and the staff was super friendly. The place was immaculately clean.
Overnight stay to celebrate a friends' child's birthday. The facility and staff were very accommodating for our large group with more kids than adults. The poor area was clean and fun for all ages. Best part of the trip was a great poolside attendant named Jersey. She was attentive, hospitable, kind to the kids and overall a huge blessing during our stay. The only downside of the whole experience was not giving her a big tip before the end of her shift. We will definitely come back to visit, and hopefully see the same personable staff again.
Great place but the prices for food and beverage have gotten outrageously high. My son and I stayed there last year at the same time for a baseball tournament. The prices have nearly doubled for F&B. I understand inflation is part of it but it’s gone beyond that to ripping guests off. My son and I had dinner the first night at Wreckers Sports Bar. I had 2 beers, a chopped salad, and wings. My son had a sweet tea and blackened salmon. With 20% tip it was $100. That’s outrageous! I went back for lunch the next day…my son had the car to go to practice so I had to eat on site. I had 1 Margarita, Chopped Salad with grilled chicken, and BLT deviled eggs. $60!!!! With tip. The margarita was $16 for some cheap mix and Patron tequila. A Coke from the vending machine is $4.50. A Coke at the pool bar is $6. These examples go on and on. We’re no stranger to paying higher prices at resorts, but this is ridiculous. It feels like the management is using peoples’ awareness of inflation to take advantage of its guests and gouge them.
beautiful hotel. Everything right at your fingertips. Staff pleasant helpful
We stayed here for 3 nights with the kids. Great family vacation resort. Seemed like they were short staffed at the pools for service, even on the 2 days we had the cabana. Still had a great time. We had dinner at Old Hickory one night, and the service was amazing. Then at the lobby restaurant another night, also great service. This resort is best for families with small kids. We would go back.
